Explore how to assess your sleep routines (bedtime and wake-up time) and effectively monitor your menstrual cycle.

1 Open the Samsung Health App.
2 Tap on the Sleep option.
3 Then tap on the three horizontal dots to set the sleep time target.
4 Then enter your Bedtime and Wake-up time.
5 Select preferred dates to apply.
6 Do not disturb option ( Calls, messages, and Apps)
7 Display settings option.
1 Open the Samsung Health App
2 Tap on Cycle tracking.
3 Enter your last period end and start date.
4 Enter how long is your typical cycle.

The App will notify you with:

  • Your predicted next period.
  • Your expected fertile window.
  • Your predicted ovulation.
