Galaxy Buds: What to do if the charging case does not close when earbuds are inside?
Firstly, please ensure whether wing tips or ear tips are put in the right direction. If you attach wing tips or ear tips in the wrong direction, the charging case may not be closed properly.
ㆍDo not put the earbuds in your ears without ear tips or wing tips. Doing so may hurt your ears.
ㆍDo not pull the ear tip or wing tip excessively when you attach or detach it. The ear tip or wing tip may tear.
ㆍDo not put the wingtips on the earbuds in the wrong direction. The earbuds will not fit in your ears properly.
After attaching, please ensure to hook the wing tip’s groove to the earbud’s fixation hook and cover the earbud with the wing tip exactly. If you have the same problem after then, please go to the Authorized Samsung Service Center with the product.
