General delivery services, fees & coverage

The Samsung Online Store works with professional logistics partners to deliver your order directly. Small items such as mobile devices and accessories are shipped in parcel packages while large products such as washing machines and refrigerators are delivered to you by our delivery partners.

 

Delivery Estimates

The delivery timeframe includes shipment preparation and leadtime for delivery to the provided address.

 

A. Standard Delivery*: Free

 

West Malaysia: 2 to 3 working days** for Mobile, Tablets & Accessories; 2 to 7 working days** for other products.

East Malaysia: 5 to 7 working days** for Mobile, Tablets & Accessories; longer delivery lead time (up to two months)** for other products.

*For Standard Delivery Coverage,the delivery address must be located within Malaysia and falls within the delivery postcode which can be found below:

B. Same Day Delivery* with additional charge (RM15)
 

Place your order before 11am (Monday to Friday) for same day delivery, excluding Public Holidays. Orders placed after 11am will be delivered on the next working day.
Maximum 5 items per order. Orders with more than 5 items will be delivered the next working day.
* Available for selected products only (not available for mobile, tablets and accessories) and selected postcodes in Klang Valley

 

C. Scheduled Delivery*: Free
 
 
Choose your preferred delivery date for your order (working days only and subject to availability).   
* Available for selected refrigerator and washing machine models and selected postcodes in Klang Valley only.


Samsung Customer Support will contact you if your delivery address is outside the coverage areas/postcodes. If you are unable to provide an alternate address for delivery, Samsung reserves the right to cancel the order.

 

D. Express Delivery*: Free

Order will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days** from order acknowledgement date but subject to stock availability. Samsung reserves the rights to change ‘Express Delivery’ to ‘Standard Delivery’ if there is no stock with the fulfilment partner/service provider.
