Terms and Conditions: Samsung Laptop Review Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering the Prize Draw described below (a “Prize Draw”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

  1. Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey KT16 0RS.

  2. The Prize Draw is open to UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man residents aged 18+ only.

  3. Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Prize Draw is not eligible to enter.

  4. Participants must have pre-registered their interest for the OLED G6 Odyssey Monitor.

  5. The Prize Draw will open at 00:01 GMT on 20th May 2024 and close at 23:59 BST on 3rd June 2024

  6. There is one (1) Prize available to be won in total, consisting of one Galaxy S24 128GB (SM-S921BZKDEUB or SM-S921BZADEUB or SM-S921BZYDEUB or SM-S921BZVDEUB)

  7. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner.

  8. To enter, Participants must follow the instructions on the pre-reg page and click the link to register interest

  9. Maximum of one (1) Entry per Participant.

  10. The winners will be the Participant selected at random from all valid Entries received by the end of the Prize Draw Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  11. The winner will be notified on or around 10th June 2024 via an email to the email address provided at the time of Entry. Details of the winner can be provided upon request by contacting our customer service team on 0333 000 0333.

  12. The Prize will be delivered by to the winner via delivery within 28 days of notification.

  13. By entering the Prize Draw, Participants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purposes of operating this Prize Draw and acknowledge the Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and towns of residence of the winner. Participants reserve the right to withdraw their consent at any time by visiting Privacy or by writing to the Promoter.

  14. In the event a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize, the winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  15. Samsung excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.

  16. All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have participated and won.

  17. Entry into the Prize Draw signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.

  19. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
