How to replace the BESPOKE refrigerator door panels

The BESPOKE refrigerator’s door panels can be customised the way you want them and replaced at any time with your desired finish and colour. It is best to get help from a professional repair engineer when replacing or installing door panels.

Before you start

The Samsung BESPOKE refrigerator allows you to customise the door panel colours and finishes to suit your taste.

It is recommended to proceed through a professional repair engineer when replacing or installing the door panels. 

Please note: 

  • Product doesn’t include external panels. Panels need to be purchased separately. 
  • Available places to purchase door panels may vary depending on the country.
  • Disassembling or assembling the door panel on your own may result in product damage or personal injury. 
  • Samsung shall have no liability for any damage or injury during door panel replacement when done on your own.

These tools are not provided with the product but are required for installation.

1 Suction cup (Suction lift force: 15kg↑, size: 100mm↑)
2 Gloves
3 Flat head driver

Please note: A suction cup is necessary to detach the door panel.

1 Remove the retaining clips on the upper door panel.

Please note: The number/location of retaining clips may vary depending on the region or model you have.

2 Attach the suction cup on the top of the upper door panel.
3 Slowly pull the suction cup forward to pull out the upper door panel. Be sure to support the bottom of the panel with your hands so as not to drop it.
4 Gently place the upper panel on the ground.
5 Remove the retaining clips on the bottom of the lower door panel.

Please note: The number/location of retaining clips may vary depending on the region or model you have.

6 Attach the suction cup on the bottom of the lower door panel.
7 Slowly pull the suction cup forward to pull out the lower door panel. Support the top of the panel with your hands so as not to drop it.
8 Gently place the lower panel on the ground.
9 The door panels are now detached.
1 Place the top panel into the groove along the bottom of the top door.
2 Press the edges of the panel in to secure it.
3 Insert the three retaining clips on the top of the door panel.

4 Place the bottom panel into the groove along the top of the bottom door.
5 Press the edges of the panel in to secure it.
6 Insert the three retaining clips on the bottom of the door panel.

Please note: The number/location of retaining clips may vary depending on the region or model you have.

7 Ensure there is no gap between the panel and the door and the retaining clips are fully inserted to prevent the panel from falling off due to external forces.
