    On the 46F8000 TV I can access the Internet Service Location by pressing MUTE - Return - Vol + - Ch ^ - Mute while in the TV setup menu (on the Smart Hub terms and conditions page). I can then select a country from the list that appears and then access the Apps for that country. How can I do this on the BD-F6500 Blu Ray player? If I buy the Blu Ray player in the UK and set it up it will have UK apps. If I then move to Germany, I want to be able to change the settings so I have access to the Apps available in Germany.

    Hi, This cannot be done by yourself without voiding your Samsung warranty. I would suggest contacting a Samsung service centre to do this for you.     after updating the bluray player, it cannot play youtube videos ,it takes ages to load youtube and it cannot play videos without breaking in between .

    Hi, With this product you can watch TV shoes at your convenience with Catch-up TV services. Including ITV Player, BBC iPlayer, the 4oD service from Channel 4, and Demand 5 from Channel 5. Please kindly note that these apps are available or coming soon on all 2013 Samsung Smart TV products. Thanks.

    Hi, If other on demand channels are working fine on your TV it is most likely a problem with that particular channel. As 4OD is a third party application we cannot provide any specific technical advice regarding this.     I have wired the network to my BD-F6500 yet for some reason it keeps dissconnecting whilst I am trying to view content on my NAS Drive. I have already updated the firmware thinking this would resolve the issue but it has not. Why is this and can anyone help with my issue?

    Hi Jennifer, Have you tried to update the firmware on your Blu-ray player? Please check out this link and scroll down to download the latest firmware update http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/BD-F6500/XU. If so, I would advise that you reset the smart hub again. Please note that Applications shown are made available by third party content providers and may be removed without notice. Hope this helps.
