    whilst using the Samsung app for skydrive if I select to upload the screen changes to a grey screen with two buttons in the lower right hand corner saying select and cancel. the select button is dimmed and the cancel button is bright but it freezes and I cant cancel. nothing comes up on the screen for selection and the only way I can get rid of the screen is to click on the top of the screen and drag it down to the bottom. whilst using IE for the same action, it opens pc explorer and lets me select the files but when i press open IE stops responding and starts shutting down saying there is a problem and it restarts. if I try and upload to facebook, the screen shows the photo uploading but it never does, no error or anything but does not upload. please help, without cloud storage and file share, this ultrabook is useless to me. thank you

    Hi Keith, Please press F4 on boot up and enter the recovery console and do a software restore which should retain your data and files but fix all the issues you are experiencing. Thanks

    basically i got thiss pc and it was alright for a while but recent it has disconnted from the internet and not been able to reconnect from the internet several times a day always in the evening and i have to re start my laptop to get it to re connect is there away way i can stop this from happing.

    I have a brand new Samsung Notebook, as soon as I've started it the touch screen keeps picking up (almost constantly so I can't use it at all unless I switch off the functionality) touches on the right hand side when I'm not touching it. Is there anyway to fix this or should I just send it back?
