As a channel partner for formal financial institutions, the company offers savings, credit, remittance, insurance, G2C and B2C payments.

• Inefficient manual processes for eKYC and on-ground data collection 
• Longer TATs on loan sanctions leading to customers switching to competing  companies 
• Absence of digital processes to locate geo-coordinates and conduct member authentication 
• Lack of a central repository to verify transaction history and eKYC

• 500 units of Tab A7 Lite with Finger Print Scanner (FPS), were deployed for online operations 
• Digitisation of loan underwriting using tab-based digital field application (DFA) of Sub-K 
• Adoption of tabs with real-time GPS tracker and remote member authentication 
• Seamless integration of FPS-enabled Sub-K Smart Pay app for centralised eKYC registration

Owing to seamless FPS integration with Samsung devices, an accurate, centralized, end-to-end automation of customer Aadhaar verification was achieved. This, in conjunction with improved connectivity on Samsung devices for frictionless transactions, resulted in swift loan underwriting processes. Additionally, efficient app ecosystem integration on Samsung devices and the easy-to-use Smart Pay integration enhanced both on-field and off-field operations. The outcome was a transparent and seamless ecosystem, furthering Sub-K's mission of advancing financial inclusivity.
