How to manage the data stored in Samsung Pass

Samsung Pass uses your biometric data to protect your services. Below, learn how you can manage all the data stored in your device.

In the Samsung Pass app, you can check, update or delete your data stored in Samsung Pass.

How to delete Samsung Pass data

If you want to delete all the data saved in the devices connected to the same Samsung account, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Launch "Samsung Pass".

Step 2. Tap the more options icon.

Step 3. Tap “Settings”.

Step 4. Tap “See all devices using Samsung Pass”.

Step 5. Select the device you want to delete by pressing the more options icon next to that device and tap “Remove”.

At this time, all data related to biometrics, login and app data will be deleted from the selected devices.

Please note: If you agreed to the terms and conditions the Samsung account data, including synchronised data will not be deleted. This feature is available for Samsung pass v2.6.

How to check and update the version

Step 1. Launch “Samsung Pass”.

Step 2. Tap the more options icon.

Step 3. Tap “Settings”.

Step 4. Tap “About Samsung Pass”.

Step 5. Check if you have installed the latest version of the app.
