How to fix Galaxy Buds FE connectivity issues
The Galaxy Buds FE are designed to enhance your listening experience by offering premium sound quality and advanced features. However, if you encounter situations where audio connects to your earbuds accidentally even when you're not using them, or your earbuds don't connect to the charging case, there are some simple solutions.
Music stops when one of the earbuds is removed
The Galaxy Buds FE have a separate touch area that may be unintentionally touched when removing an earbud from your ear, which can in turn stop media playback. If you want to enable or disable the touch function, follow these instructions:
Once you resolve the connectivity issue with your Galaxy Buds FE, check the current fit of your earbuds to ensure you're getting the best sound and active noise cancellation.
If you find that the LED on your Galaxy Buds FE charging case doesn’t light up when it should be charging and your earbuds aren’t recharging, check that the wing tips are properly attached to the earbuds. If the wing tips are installed incorrectly, the earbud’s charging port may not make contact with the charging terminal in the case, preventing your earbuds from charging.
To ensure the wing tips are placed on the correct earbud, check that the L (Left) and R (Right) markings on the wing tips match the L and R markings on the earbuds.
Note: The wing tips are the additional pieces that are placed over the earbuds.
