A: Samsung is aware of this symptom which may appear on limited BMW vehicle and this problem may occur on all Samsung mobile device as it caused by BMW car kit itself problem.
Therefore customer can be resolved this issue by upgrading BMW car kit software to the latest version.
Please refer following guide step by step.
1.Delete Galaxy S10 device in connected history list of BMW car kit.
2.Delete BMW vehicle in connected history list of Galaxy S10.
3.Update the BMW car kit software to latest version.
4.Try again Bluetooth connection.
