Galaxy Z Fold3 5G

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took some getting used to when I first got it, but this phone truly is awesome! Most people have asked me "How do you even fit that thing in your pocket?" and I always tell them that despite the phone being a bit thicker than average when closed, it still fits fine in my pocket despite me having the famous small pockets that women's clothes always seem to have. Streaming is sooo much better on this phone! I usually always have something playing while I'm working on stuff either at home or in the morning when I'm getting stuff set up at work. The bigger screen is soooo nice to have. The small screen is useful too when I'm just trying to use my phone for Spotify and Google Maps while I'm driving. I know all Samsung phone's have the ability to have more than one app on the screen at once, but this phone makes multi-tasking so much easier. I only have two negatives for the phone to note: the small screen is just a bit too skinny, and the phone itself is slightly heavy. The ability to have a phone and table all crammed into one device is definitely worth those two prices though. I'm honestly surprised the phone isn't heavier with how big it gets when it's unfolded!

Best phone I ever owned, except for the camera. The super AMOLED displays are amazing. The bulk wasn't bad, maybe even preferable to my Note 20 Ultra. The fingerprint scanner on the side button was way faster and more accurate than the scanner on my Note 20. Eventually, I returned the phone (and I miss it!) because a good camera is important to me. If the camera is upgraded on the next model, I'll buy it. The decision to return the phone came after I took pictures with my Z Fold3 while my sister-in-law used her S21. Wow! Dramatic difference. S21 had far more detail. So I took the same pictures with my Note 20. Not as good as the S21, but way better than the Z Fold3. The difference is in the Zoom: Note 20 has a 10X optical zoom, while the Z Fold3 has 2X. It hurt to return the Z Fold3, and I hope to buy the next generation with a better camera.

I was so impressed with the Z Fold 3 green I also bought the Flip 3 as my 2nd and eliminated my iPhones completely. Just waiting for my Flip 3 green to arrive.

The only thing I would change is the size of the front screen, I wish it was just a bit wider. Besides that, it's awesome. The main large screen looks amazing and even in the fold it has very sensitive touch. I love being able to multitask and playing games and watching shows is so much better. The cameras are great and being able to take selfies with the main back cameras is so nice. The battery is good for this size screen. I can't get over how fast 12mb of RAM is...! There are so many new things I keep learning this phone can do every day. My husband already bought one for himself after seeing mine. I absolutely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally bought this phone in December of 2021 so I have had it for a year. I have done a lot of fun gaming sessions the form factor gives it a more narrow but taller point of view, which I am not the biggest fan of. This is also my first time playing with 120fps on the home screen is the best experience because there you can feel the nicest speed that feels comfortable. Gaming with it I turn it off because of the overheating which makes the phone feel worm. Watching movies can be very fun and is best with earlier movies or shows that were made in a square form factor like Wizards of Waverly Place. One of my favorite parts about Samsung phones is the quick theme customization and being able to change the color of like everything with theme park and good lock. The multitasking on this phone is amazing I now can have both YouTube music and Google maps showing all the time so I can drive safer. I hope they can make the multitasking smoother. The cameras may look and sound low speck but they are great the low light does well and the people at Samsung are doing amazing for the processing of the phone. Overall I think the phone will do great for the next five years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I move over from iPhone in 2020 with a used Galaxy note 10 and quickly fell in love with the S pen which made me break the bank for the galaxy note 20 ultra. Didn't think it could get any better. Boy was I wrong. This Z Fold 3 has completely changed the game for me. S Pen functional but also a media powerhouse with this large screen and despite what everyone says these cameras are awesome still. Definitely can't see myself holding another boring iPhone at this point. Good Job Samsung, Keep doing Numbers with this Z (Note) line.

My last phone was the S21 Ultra 5G and l really liked it but I really wanted to try the Z Fold3 because of the larger screen. The smaller outside screen is fine I use it alot for quickly looking up things and making phone calls and making and receiving messages from different apps. But for me the folding screen is the best feature. Everything is just bigger and better. I can't even begin to list all the features but they are endless. I would recommend buying the cover from Samsung because it protects your phone but mainly it gives you something to hold onto so you're not bumping the screen with your hand while holding it plus the one I got comes with a Samsung pen that stores in the spine of the cover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read and watched every article and video I could find before preordering my Galaxy Z Fold3. I still wasn't sure if I made the right decision. But once I received my phone and started getting familiar with it, there was no doubt that I made the right decision. It appears that everyone feels the same way according to the reviews. Between the large inner screen and the multi tasking features, this phone rocks. And the S Pen is a another great feature on the large inner screen. This phone works for me and what I have always wanted in a phone. My only request is that with the popularity of internet and social media, we be given an option of at least 1 TB hard drive or at least an optional sd card slot. As one reviewer on Youtube stated, this feels like a small hand held computer.

I purchased the Z fold 3 a month ago. I put the in a Samsung case that covers the outside screen and provides some drop protection. The phone is quick and responsive. The folding cover for the outside screen is comfortable to hold and easy to open. The case with an S pen to use with the inside folding screen. It works well. A complaint I have with the Z Fold is the hinge to open the fold is pretty stiff and have to use my finger nail to pry it open. But if it were not stiff it might flop open to easily. I think the fold better and more usable than my old S8. The fold is more comfortable to use than the S8.

Amazing phone I really loved a lot so much so that I didn’t upgrade to Zfold 4. I was going to wait for 5. Big mistake bought it August 21 by November 22 3 months after the end of manufacturing warranty the fold center died now have a lack line on it and big screen barely works. I did upgrade fold 2 to 3 in a year so I wasn’t árabe of issues. Didn’t expect this to happen. Their solution upgrade to Zfold 4. So if you ok changing phone every years this is phone for u. If plan to keep for a while is not. Google it I’m not alone with this issue. Some died in 3 months. Support wasn’t surprised with the issue.

Watching sports and movies is awesome on the large screen. Only drawback is not having a S-pen in-built. I have used several Note series phones and loved the S-pen feature. The battery on this phone is great. The phone syncs very well with my Galaxy 4 watch, buds pro and buds live ear buds.

I bought it 2 months ago suddenly while am scrolling the phone a point in the middle of inner screen has shown then when i opened it again this dot spread as a lineand as i close the screen it disapears , Kindly note it's anew phone and i didn't drop it and it's covered now it's a line... i did some research and it's common failure please consider and adjust ..but for now fold series is not recommended

I had every iteration until the Note 20 Ultra, i was skeptical at first whent the first galaxy fold was released but I really like the innovation. I'm glad I've waited forr the 3rd iteration of the fold becauae this is by far the best Foldable ever. Can't wait what is next for the Galaxy Fold 3 and for sure I'll be getting the new one.

My cellphone is my main & only phone I use so its important to me for connecting with others.. What I love about the Galaxy Z fold3 is the feature to be able to turn on 'live captions" during cellphone and video calls. Now, I can communicate with my love ones, family, and friends which has increased my quality of life! Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 has reminded me the importance of cutting edge technology for those who need accessibility. I also enjoy the large screen which means no more eye-straining when streaming videos and movies. Least favorite thing is battery life. However for those who are tech savvy, its easy to get the best lifespan by turning on "app optimizer", "power saving mode," "data saver", and reducing screen ratio. I also turned off sync & location unless needed for maps. My battery now last over 24 hours on 1 charge. I love my Z fold3!

I receive constant complements and questions from curious friends and family. They all love the device. The large folding screen is amazing, and although the outside screen when folded is in fact quite narrow, it makes one-handed use very easy and quite enjoyable. This device is amazing and I would highly recommend it for those looking for a different experience. I previously had a Galaxy Note, and although the Note was a great device as well, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 blows it out of the water. The one improvement I would hope for on future versions of this device would be an improvement in battery life. Although battery life is shorter than my Note, it is adequate if you have reasonable expectations considering the large screen and high refresh rate on this device. Go get the Galaxy Z Fold 3! You will not regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I preordered my phone, switching from the S20 Ultra 5G, I got it in the mail a day before launch day, everything about this phone is a greatly improved from refresh rate, camera quality/stability, and battery life (averaging 18 hrs on a full charge with moderate usage) the front screen is a comfortable size and is fully functioning, open up to a beautifully large screen on the inside, looks incredible on all videos and makes typing much faster and more fun, I must admit the fold crease in the screen in the middle is a bit more intense than I was anticipating but is hardly noticeable when playing a video, but do look forward to seeing the improvement on that, overall excellent phone would give 9.5/10

I was getting tired of the Galaxy S series as I felt it was getting stale and I was very disappointed with the S20 Ultra. Once I received the ZFold 3 my excitement was back for samsung phones. I love using the cover screen and use it more than when I use the inside screen but when I do use the inside screen boy do I use it. I multi task a lot as the screen is big enough to have 2 apps open. I use it to take notes while at church using the s-pen. I started back playing farm heros because of the large screen. I like the cameras but in honesty the phone should have the same camera system as the S21 Ultra but the cameras are good enough. Battery life is the bigger issue but that depending on your usage. For me it's not an endurance phone. In fact I have to charge it after I get off work if I am using the phone during work like now. When in standby the battery is fine. All in all I am very happy with this phone even with its short comings. Best one Samsung has made. I do wish the s-pen worked on the cover displayh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A couple years ago Samsung launched the Z Fold. This device was very much a prototype and very expensive. I waited... they released the z flip and I couldn't wait. I took the plunge and cannot see myself going back to a candy bar phone. The Flip was great, gave off that retro feel with the flipping but so futuristic! Would be a great conversation starter or head turner. Then they announced the fold 3 with water resistance and spen support. I had just finished paying off my Flip (yes these devices are expensive!) So I decided to upgrade to the fold. I still get that head turning futuristic feel but the device feels next level from the flip. I don't always use it open but when I do people look lol. It's just fun to use and play with, and can raise productivity immensely! The battery thing is a concern for many, I haven't had any real issues with it, although I would say I'm a heavy user but not quite to a power user, whatever that means... overall I am satisfied with my purchase, I've been a Galaxy user since the S3. Upgraded to a Note 9, then to the Z line and will be a Z user for the foreseeable future!

Every year, Samsung technology churns a 10 year leap in advancements. My fold 3 is a perfect device. It's a creative tool that is truly limitless in it's capabilities. Flipping my phone was never an enjoyable experience with 1 screen phones. Having the flip action turn the phone into a truly powerful tablet is a game changer. Everything from fingerprint scanner to the S Pen capability is designed with wisdom, & practicality in mind. In conclusion, I believe Samsung has raced light years ahead of Apple. Making Android the most preferred OS of the public.

All phones pale before this miracle. Apple is not looking for new images, Samsung is still cooler, and this must be admitted.

I am always sending emails and doing zoom calls and hate to always have to bust out my Galaxy tablet and borrow Wi-Fi, I can do all of my work from this phone easily. The battery life is okay, I've done all the necessary steps to help prolonged it but still, it's a big phone it uses up a lot of battery when unfolded which I don't use all the time. The camera is okay, if you want better this ain't it it's alot like my Note 10 and am okay with that. This phone is just a lot of fun and I love it when people ask me ooh is that the fold up phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago, and I have been exploring like no other. First of all you can open up the phone to use the larger screen. Almost every app I have used has had no problem adjusting to the larger screen. Set up was easy especially with smart switch. Took me about an hour. The fact that you can also use the front screen is what sold me on this phone. It would have been great if the phone could have the pen located inside the phone. You can purchase a case that has one that fits on the side of the case. Works for me. Only reason it's loosing astar us because it doesn't come with a wall charger. You have to buy that separate.

I bought two Z-Fold 3 5G Smartphones. One for my wife and one for myself. I am in love with this phone. It is so fun to use and works beyond all my expectations. This product is fast, well built and beautiful. Everything operates as advertised and, in my opinion, the best Samsung phone yet. Mine is Black and looks impressive. I got my wife a Silver one and I am jealous. Her Silver Z-Fold is beautiful. You have to have this product to understand the joy I am having using it. And I love the trade in program. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the fancy Thom Browne Edition. Since day one everyone has asked me how what where when why and so on and so on about this phone. Not your average bar phone. It literally turns heads. It's been amazing so far. Works so much better than my Note 8. This phone/tablet is the future. Not as thick as I thought it would be. Crease isn't very noticeable in direct view. Except for the weak battery life and poor options for phone covers (front and outer fold protection), I am loving this phone. TB Edition wasn't cheap but it's worth it. I would have gotten the regular Fold Z 3 if I didn't get my hands on this one. Get yours!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had all the Note series phones and was reluctant to trade in my Note 20 Ultra' but I took the leap. The Z fold 3 is a nice phone but take some adjusting going between a super slim screen and a really large screen. The happy medium when it comes to the screens is missing and would love a larger front screen. I love the large screen but hate the front screen. Overall I would recommend the phone because besides my issue with the smaller screen e everything my note could do, the z fold can do and plus a little more. People moving to a foldable will definitely need to adjust to this phone but it's not lackluster at all.

I got the z fold 3 and i felt like the first time I had a samsung galaxy note 1. Having the option of the larger screen is like having two devices in one. My mqom day goes on the front screen, but if I want to review a document, send an email or enjoy a show I use the internal display. Overall it is the top notch I'm smartphones this year and I will be getting more phones from this family in the upcoming years.

I can watch videos without needing an external kickstand to watch it comfortably! The S-Pen was the one that I loved the most becuase you can do so much more with the screen real estate, and the fact that it can work on a flexible screen just makes me even more impressed! I am definitely keeping this for a very long while!

The front (phone closed) screen is great for checking a message, changing a song, a quick Google search or things like that. When you open it up though, this thing can be amazing for scrolling socials, watching videos, or even playing some games. The crease in the middle was extremely noticable to me for a day or two, but beyond that I don't even know it's there. Almost impossible to see with the screen directly facing you, you mostly feel it. 10/10, since the discontinuation of the note series, I'm happy to know I have a new favorite from Samsung.

This phone was unbelievable from the start! From the smoothness of the way it unfolded to the clarity of the screen. I was in love! Now that I've had it for a few months, I'm still finding new way to fall in love with it more and more! Like can I rave about the camera for a minute? The picture quality is outstanding, sharp, crisp beautiful! Every picture I take it perfect. It's the perfect size phone, the way it fits in my hand is magic. I could have asked for better product.

Samsung already accepted my trade in devices in no time. Shipped fast, got it 3 days brfore the official release date. Love love the inner display, do much better than any other phone experience in the past. More like unfolding a tablet actually. Love using the S pen on that diaplay. I would love for Samsung to find housing for that S pen inside the phone. That will be my only suggestion for future folds and probably adding little width to the cover display. Otherwise; I'm Pretty happy with it so far.

This phone is the most expensive on the market. At that price you would demand no sacrifices. With this phone you will have to make sacrifices though, like with the battery, do NOT expect to watch youtube, or videos. You will have to limit your time on that. You will have to limit your time playing games, because the phone simple dies too quickly. The camera though, that is a HUGE sacrifice, I took a picture of my pugs and attached it, it was just impossible to get them to look crisp, or not blury. I tried factory reset, updates, and nothing helped. I have other gripes, like how hard the front screen is to use with Android 11 gestures with ANY case. But my main gripe was how at 4pm with little to no use would be dead, and the pictures are a HUGE step back. My advice, check out my pictures, and get a different phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using my Zfold3. I honestly don't think I could go back to a non-folding phone. I'm and actor and Singer and use my phone for my tablet to store all my script and sheet music and am able to have it always open on a moments notice. The UI design and multi-tasking feature is absolutely incredible. I do wish then phone hosted the pen on the inside of the phone rather than separate. The last thing is repairability. During visit to aSamsung authorized repair dealer a screen protector replacement broke my screen and it and when they did fix the screen the phone had to be reprepaird, I could have sent it in the Samsung but I would have been without a phone for weeks.

I'm actually excited to use it, and the features give me the same feeling I had when I first moved to smartphones. At work, in the grocery store, on trips I'm constantly being stopped by people passing by; asking about my folding phone! The picture below was taken at Universal Studios Orlando FL, and the team members who worked there were so excited that they pulled me aside to ask about how I liked the Fold3. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 Reasons I switched From My Note20Ultra to the ZFold3 1. I love tablets but I end up not taking my tablets with me on trips because of having to carry multiple devices. This phone solves that problem. 2. I like to draw. The Fold gives me a bigger canvas width and height wise to do art. 3. The back cameras took better infocus/sharper pictures regardless of the megapixel count. The picture quality of my Note20Ultra compared to the ZFold3 I got in the mail just wasn't as good when it came to a normal lighting situation (living room tungsten lights). This was what convinced me to try something new.

Phone is more faster and access to more storage. This is my full time work phone and working on spreadsheet never made me miss my computer or tablet. Secured with Knox, my data remains secured on phone. New 120hz outside screen is bliss. Now I can watch great streaming videos without opening to bigger screen. With the under-display camera now on the foldable series I pre-ordered it before the unboxing event was even finished! Whatever you want or need to do on a phone are here on the z fold 3. Taking pictures and using the features feel easier to use as well, especially with the ability to use the front screen as a picture preview!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have to bump the font size up, then it could get cramped if you tend to use the outside screen... it's narrow! But we all know why we want this phone, phablet mode. No kickstand needed (which gets in the way of wireless charging)! I found the flexibility of Android made the narrow width on the main screen by switching the launcher (see Nova) and using a custom Icon pack. The jury is still out for 5G reception as the towers have to be there in the first place. The indicator shows LTE (rather than calling it 4G) more often then 5G. I'd been watching this phone while my payment plans finally came to a close and Samsung's discounts meant a no brainer with the wireless charger bundle.

I draw every day, as well as take notes, so having a pockatable device that allows me to do that is very important to me. It has become a replacement for my current tab s6 as well as my previous note device. I recommend this device to anyone that will use the device to it's fullest.

I preordered it (something I have never done before) and I have loved using this device. It is amazing to use it in the folded setup and then open it up into a small tablet and enjoy consuming content. The device is bright, crisp, fast. I may never be able to go back to a regular phone...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen is sharp, the price is amazing value and it fits in my pocket. Using it for a day and there is still decent battery left. The outside screen is very useful for quick browsing or calling. The tablet magic happens when the screen is unfolded and it makes it easy to browse, read and edit documents. Well done Samsung. This is a must have business and leisure portable device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been waiting to upgrade from my Note 10+ for awhile and have been following the foldable scene. I've been a Note user ever since the Note 3 and have always thought I would be. With the addition of S Pen support the Fold 3 has pretty much everything I wanted for my next flagship. Would have been great if there was a silo for the pen but still amazing.

This was the best phone I had till android 12 update came along. Issues keep rising so far i have 1.network connectivity issues. 2. android auto freezing (and btw when check it in the store it shows that it's not optimized for use for this phone) 3. Galaxy wearable connectivity issue (not optimized either) and those are just the issues I know of so far.

Inner screen broke with normal use well under the 200,000 folds / 5 years advertised. Still has the factory screen protectors, has never been without a case, never dropped, no water damage. And yet the inner screen is dead, area right down the center is black and right side doesn't work at all. Be sure to buy the insurance.

Everything is wonderful but only once I had a issue with my phone I am not able to do phone or connect to mobile internet. Then I raise service request then there send me a label to send my device back and took one week to fix and there shipped it back now its working fine other then that everything is good.

The Z fold is everything the note was and more. It makes any kind of working, searching, taking photos, anything you would possibly do with a mobile device just simply awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fold 3 is easy enough to hold with one hand, though I generally held it with both for easier typing. While I appreciate that the hinge is sturdy enough that you can leave the phone open at any angle, it makes life much easier. This is my first fold and I am really happy with my purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from am iPhone and love everything about this phone I use the bigger screen often for work the cameras are amazing the battery life is decent on it the 5G speeds are really quick the s pen is a really neat feature I love drawing with it. I can't wait to see what they do for the fold 4.
