    I am trying to understand more about this oven, and want to know if the top and bottom racks cook evenly if you ....say have cookies on the bottom rack and cupcakes on the top rack? Please assist, as I a,m looking to purchase an oven soon where I can use both racks of the oven and cook evenly

    The Flex Duo has two forms of convection. The top fan is standard convection while the bottom fan is true convection meaning it has a heated element in front of the fan. The convection system is designed to circulate the air evenly in the cavity to help cook your food. You can cook two different types of food at two different temperatures.     What do you mean by roller rack? The flex duo offers oven racks and a divider to separate the cavities allow you to have a 2.6 cu ft upper cavity and a 3.1 cu ft lower cavity.

    The flex duo will have some bleeding of temperature into the cavity not being used. The temperature will be 85F or 29.4 Celsius. The flex duo however does not allow bleeding of odours from one cavity to the other.

    This model cannot canner. The element fluctuates from being on and off and would not be hot enough, consistently enough for you.Our FTQ307 or FEN300 would be induction and might be a better fit for this process.

    Oven does not appear to hold temp, or is reading incorrectly. When it displays 400, and then we shut off and back on right away it will display approx320.food taking longer to cook
