  • What's included with a Samsung Care+ Plan?

    What's included with a Samsung Care+ Plan? Your Galaxy Smartphone, Tablet or Wearable device is protected by the manufacturer's warranty in the first year after purchase and the Plan extends the mechanical malfunction or defect coverage for an additional year. There are no limits for service requests due to mechanical malfunction or defects, provided they are not protected by the manufacturer's warranty. From the time of Plan purchase and for the full term of the Plan, your device is covered up to two (2) service requests for physical or liquid damage.
  • When Does Samsung Care+ Plan Protection begin and end?

    Your protection begins on the date You purchase the Plan, as indicated in the Confirmation Letter, and continues for 24 months, unless this Plan cancelled earlier.
  • How much is the Samsung Care+ Plan?

    The Samsung Care+ Plan purchase price varies by device type. The Plan purchase price, plus applicable taxes, is payable when You purchase the Plan. Refer to the applicable table above for the Plan purchase price for Your Device.
  • How do I determine what tier my device is?

    The Plan purchase price for Galaxy Smartphones and Wearable devices is determined by the device tier based on the make and model of Your Device. To find Your Device’s tier, please click your device type in the ‘Select Product Plan’ section above and follow the instructions.

    All service fees are based on your Device’s tier at the time you purchased the Plan.
  • How do I submit a service request for my damaged or defective device?

    Call Us at 1-877-699-1356 , 24 hours / 7 days per week (including holidays) to initiate a service request. You may be eligible for same day repair at one of our specified service locations. You may be required to provide the original Confirmation Letter for the device or any other information We may reasonably request.
  • How can I enroll in Samsung Care+ Plan?

    Enrolling is simple! You may enroll online or at the Samsung Experience Store when you purchase your applicable Galaxy Smartphone, Tablet or Wearable. You can also purchase the Plan within 30 days of Your device purchase date. If you do not purchase the Plan at the same time as you purchase your Galaxy device but purchase the Plan within the 30 days following Your purchase date, a 25-day waiting period will apply before you can request services under the Plan.
