What is remote management?

If you are facing any issues and need assistant from TV technical advisor, you can call 1800889999 and our team will assist you. Besides via the phone, we can also remotely control customer TV from our computer.

 

To do this, customer need to go to Menu > Support > Remote management (refer picture below)

Inform the technical advisor the pin code (pin will change every session) and you are connected and all the troubleshooting can be done remotely.

 

Watch how Remote management is being attended

Note: 

1. E Series Smart TV onwards 

2. TV must have the function to be able to perform Remote Management by Call center agent
