    We are sorry to hear that you are having problems sending/receiving picture messages on this device. In order to use MMS on the device, you will need to have the correct settings. Please contact your network provider, who will be able to push these to your phone. We hope you get this working soon.

    Hi Peter, In reply to your question, when you are in the messages, if you press the '?123' button, this should change to numbers and symbols. The @ symbol should be there for you. We hope this information is of some help to you.

    Hi Philip, You can enter text by selecting characters on the virtual keypad or by handwriting on the screen. Change the text input method when you tap the text input field, the input panel with the virtual keypad appears by default. Available text input modes may vary depending on your region. • To change the text input method, select and select an input method. • To switch to ABC or T9 mode, select T9 on the virtual keypad. When the T9 mode is active, the dot next to the T9 button turns on. Hope this helps.

    Yes...I have the ear phones supplied but I have my Own ear phones that I use - is there an adaptor for my ear phones that plug into the phone and have a jack input for my own earphones. Also - do Samsung do a leather case - if not, waht sort can I get> Thanks William
