    Im looking to upgrade current phone and wondered if the Gear 2 worked with the Galaxy Note 2 ?

    Gear 2 is perfectly compatible with Note 2. I have both. If I remember correctly, Note 2 sw update to Android 4.3 made it compatible. Now the official sw has Android 4.4.2.

    Have been told that the charger supplied with this is intelligent in that it knows when it is fully charged and stops sending out a charge as opposed to the phones which know themselves when they are fully charged and stop taking a charge. therefore does this need a special charger to plug into the docking station?

    My gear will not connect to my S5, if I hold the power button down the power off screen appears. I can do the 2 finger tap to get the brightness/volume screen, but nothing else is working. My phone will not connect to it, so cant reset from there. Ive performed the reboot numerous times to no effect. Help???

    Hi. Please follow the steps below to change the language on your Galaxy Gear 2: On the Home screen, tap Settings > Display > Language. Select a display language for all menus and applications. However, when the Gear is connected to a mobile device, the language settings applied on the mobile device are applied to the Gear. The language settings can only be changed on the connected mobile device. I hope this helps.

    Hi, How can I ensure that my gear 2 locks even when connected to my phone via Bluetooth ? Trying to avoid a scenario where I forget to disable Bluetooth, and someone then has unlimited access to my phone via the gear 2
