We do regret seeing that you're not a fan of the new design of the watch, and the removal of the rotating bezel. The larger screen and side buttons can offer swift navigation and interaction, but we can understand your concern if this has not been your experience. It has been designed to be larger to accommodate the battery, but also offer robustness so that it can keep up with the most active of lifestyles. The blood pressure and sleep monitors are our most accurate yet, and do provide detailed and useful information. If you have a Samsung phone (produced since 2017) this will have a USB-C charging plug and therefore you will be able to use this to charge your new watch. The Watch5 Pro uses the heart rate sensor, on the back of your smartwatch, to record your sleep cycle. Clean the back of your smartwatch with a clean cloth. Put the watch back on making sure it's in the correct position. Please also put it on bare skin and not over a tattoo as this can affect the sleep tracker. Please also ensure that the Heart Rate Settings are set to 'Always On'. You can adjust this setting by opening the Samsung Health App > Go to Settings > Go to Measurements. To ensure the best performance for all tracking features, including activity and sleep, please make sure your watch's software is up to date. You can check this in the Galaxy Wearables App > Watch Settings > Watch Software Update > Install Now.
