My Galaxy watch disconnects from my smartphone

The Wearable app may not run correctly because the internal settings related to the Wearable app (Supported for Galaxy Watch4, Galaxy Watch5, and Galaxy Watch6) are not processed normally.

Tap the Galaxy Wearable app.

Update the available version when you see the pop-up that says
"A new version of Galaxy Wearable is available" when entering the application.

The patch that solves the problem will be loaded in the update.

If the app does not work with the update; Unable to update, loading screen repeats or the issue is not resolved even after updating the Galaxy Wearable app, it is recommended to automatically update Galaxy Wearable and related apps (Timeout is needed but no restart is required on the Watch device ).

If you enable the Automatic Update option, it will be automatically updated and resolved after updating within 24 hours.

Press and hold the Wearable app.

Select the option "Use Wi-Fi or mobile data"

If the problem continues to occur even after updating the application, it is recommended to uninstall it and download the application again.

Press and hold the app, then tap "Uninstall."

Confirm that you want to uninstall the application by pressing "OK".

Press "Uninstall".

Download the app again.

Press search in Galaxy Store or Play Store.

Search and download "Galaxy Wearable".
