[Q : I cannot measure Heart rate with my Galaxy S10e. Why is it?]

A : Unfortunately Galaxy S10e does not be embedded Heart rate sensor due to limited mounting space.

Therefore we recommend to use wearable device like Galaxy Watch Active with your smartphone if  you want to measure Heart rate.
You can check wearable model list, possible to measure heart rate, that work with Samsung Health app on following path : Samsung Health > Discover > Product > Accessories.
*Depending on country, heart rate measurement may be impossible with all Samsung mobile device.
