Poor product I purchased this case as part of the s26 ultra pre-order which was shipped to me on 24th March 2026. I have never dropped my phone and within 2 weeks of use I noticed the corners at bottom of the case (near the s pen and near the Sim card) has visible cracks. This is a very expensive phone case and the quality is worser than non-samsung cases. I purchased this thinking the quality and fit would be much b etter but clearly not. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed in this product.

Cracking under normal use within such a short period definitely isn’t the experience you should be having. Why would Samsung design a case that, when you put the phone flat on its back, the whole phone wobbles back and forth because the part of the case that protects camera sticks out at EXACTLY the wrong angle!? Now I can't use the phone when it's just lying on a flat surface! Plus the camera protector bulges out so my magnetised power bank can't stick to the phone because the case blocks it. It boggles the mind. I want a refund!

D'habitude je ne mets jamais de coques sur mes téléphones car je le trouve trop gros avec mais pour celle là, j'aime bien l'aspect léger et fin. Le seul souci, c'est que le coin gauche ressort trop facilement, ce qui fait que dès que je sors le téléphone de la poche, j'appuie sur le coin pour bien remettre le téléphone dedans. Je ne sais pas si c'est ma coque qui a un souci ou si elles sont toutes comme ça.

Das Case ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Nach kürzester Zeit brach der Steg beim S-Pen, danach die Seite und dann wurde das Ding auch noch klebrig und unangenehm. Das Handy ist nie runtergefallen und trotzdem nach kürzester Zeit ein kaputtes Case. Für diesen Preis und dafür, dass es ein original Zubehörteil ist, ist dies eine absolute Frechheit.

I have always been using the Galaxy Ultra all the time and for this S26 Ultra, I have found this to be one of rhe best so far. The battery can last longer and the AI is great, help me with a lot of things. Also the fingerprint sensor is lbetter thean the previous models.Great that I bought this phone, no regrets

Voor het merk, en de prijs vind ik het hoesje an sich te kwetsbaar voelen. De geïntegreerde magsafe magneet is wel kwalitatief netjes verwerkt. Maar de rest van het hoesje zou je ook bij een goedkopere aanbieder kunnen kopen. Dit had ik persoonlijk niet verwacht van Samsung, het had gewichtige mogen zijn.

Sehr dünnes Case, schützt bei einem Sturz mutmasslich nicht viel. Zudem liegt Case wegem den dicken Fotolinsen uneben auf dem Tisch, so dass man das Handy immer in die Hand nehmen muss. Auch ist die Hülle sehr glatt und rutscht im Zug etc. hin und her. Fazit: Preis/Leistung völlig ungenügend!

DO NOT BUY. It broke within 4 weeks of use and Samsung will not offer warranty replacement for it. I ordered online. I tried to go in store, they told me to call Samsung. Samsung said it's not covered under warranty. Don't waste your time.

The case is overpriced. Its just a thin plastic case with no protection for the phone. The profile is slim however if you drop the phone likely the phone will be damaged.

I bought it with the phone and one minor slip of less than 1 foot and it broke... it cannot provide any protection to the phone whatsoever
