Recycling large items
We will collect your item at the same time we deliver your new Samsung product. Please ensure appliances are drained of water and/or defrosted, and that all contents have been removed. All items must also be disconnected from mains power, plumbing, and/or fixtures.
You also need to make sure the item being collected is accessible, so it can easily be removed from the property. Please note that once we have collected your item, we will be unable to return it.
Additionally, please make sure the item being collected is the same product category of the item being delivered (TV vs. TV, Refrigerator vs. Refrigerator, Washing Machine vs. Washing Machine).
