What is your return policy?

Customers can return Mobile products only (including smartphones, tablets, wearables, and accessories). Returns are not applicable for Consumer Electronics products (Home Appliances and Visual Display).

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order must be paid online (Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for return).
  • The item must remain sealed and unused.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Any free-of-charge items included in the order must also be returned sealed.

To request a return, customers must send clear photos of the sealed items to estore.jo@samsung.com

Once approved, the order will be collected and returned to the warehouse for inspection. If any issue is identified with the returned items, the return request will be rejected, and the package will be sent back to the customer.
