I hate this phone!!!!! Don't get me wrong most of it is fine but the camera sucks! I wish I could get my S21 ultra 5g the camera was amazing I was able to get amazing shots of the moon and with this phone all my shots come out horrible! You can't get a clear shot! If i can I will upload for comparison. Oh and the phone is a lot slower.
Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing this complaint regarding my Samsung S22 Ultra mobile phone, which has developed a display defect. After updating the phone software, the display started showing three lines across the screen. This issue directly affects the usability of the phone. The phone was purchased by my friend for me at a price of ₹70,000 (Rupees Seventy Thousand only). Such a defect in a premium product within a short period of use is highly disappointing and amounts to deficiency in service and product quality on the part of the company. Despite regular care and maintenance, the defect occurred immediately after the official software update, which indicates that the issue is not due to mishandling but is linked to the company’s update. I kindly request the Hon’ble Forum to direct the company (Samsung India) to: 1. Repair or replace the defective display free of cost, or 2. Provide a replacement handset of equal value, or 3. Refund the purchase price of ₹70,000. I am also seeking appropriate compensation for the mental stress, inconvenience, and time loss caused due to this issue. It's the most expensive phone I've ever purchased and without a doubt the most worthless. Constantly loses internet connectivity. I've heard and tried fixes such as resetting network connection and turning airplane mode on and off. Sometimes it works, other times you just have to wait it out. Sometimes it takes hours with no connection. Unfortunately, without internet access this phone's value is close to that of an old flip phone. You can make and receive calls and texts and, admittedly, take great pics. But for the cost, it is truly disappointing. This is my 5th consecutive samsung, but it will be my last.
I have purchased the s 22 ultra last year in the month of July and now after an year its started facing display problem suddenly there is not a single damage in screen or in phone not my phone was dropped down anywhere then also it started facing display issue. I request @samsung India company to look into this and exchange the phone do the needful. As I was the loyal customer from last 10 years but now I think if this goes I need to switch to another brand.
My wife purchased this for me as an upgrade to my Samsung galaxy s9plus, the last awesome Samsung phone I've had. This phone has no pulse sensor obligating you to purchase a Samsung watch or something. One more camera lens, yay for more surveillance. I wonder who gets the backdoor software and how much it makes for them to practically hand these out essentially on credit. It is three months old and has been slowed down and takes 5 hours to charge to only 50% max. That is with power save mode on and tweaked settings and without it is even worse. The last full charge was 2 or 3 weeks ago. Have tried various new chargers and it overheats and won't go past 30%. On a full charge it lasts about 6 and a half hours. I do not enjoy poor 5g signal and am very sensitive to the frequencies coming off my phone. I have put my sim card back into my 5 year old phone and will not be putting it back. I am happier with stronger more stable 3g reception, a rounded organic edge and my mental and physical wellbeing has improved. So glad repair shops have equipment to repair the cracked back and screen👏 newer doesn't mean better in a capitalist world it means the opposite.
I only upgraded as I needed more storage, and since samsung removed expandable storage (complaint for another time) my S21 Ultra 256GB only had a few GB remaining so I got the S22 Ultra 512GB. I really wish I hadn't. Don't get me wrong the screen is vibrant and the brightness is the best I've seen. BUT, Its really slow and lagging. No point having 120 refresh rate when the software can't keep up. I hope everyday for an update to fix this but in all honesty my S21 Ultra ran faster and smoother. Not the phone I had hoped to carry me through the next few years even though its beautiful to look at especially since I got the graphite colour. Here in Europe we get the inferior chip and it clearly shows. At least my Samsung TV is decent but disappointing phone for the £1350 I spent on it.

Done few researches and seen that Oneplus 10 pro and samsung s22 were with similar configurations and s22 was found to be better on camera. but the price difference was way higher for s22 than of oneplus 10pro. After huge dilemma had opted buying s22 ultra on 31st Aug 2022. While using the phone in my home on 02nd Sep 2022 the phone slipped off from my hands as it was quite big and smooth. The screen glass had shattered and the display was off with slight flickering at the edges. it was hardly 50cms distance it had fallen from my hands to the floor, surprised the screen are made of Gorila glass! Cannot believe the quality of screen for such a expensive phone. Have Samsung performed the due diligence before the launch and risk analysis been performed in terms of the design and structure of the phone??? Strange the tech team and the testing team didn't picked it whilst building the product. It was rather a big mistake from my side for having chosen s22 ultra over Oneplus. Believe this could help others.
The only thing going for this device an S22 ultra is the camera. I lost the ability to charge my phone via a usb c. What happened. Honestly dont know. I have a water proof case its been in over a year, yet being dry, moisture is detected when I plug it in. I have now had to switch to wireless charging and now that is failing. I am paying 1200 for a device that wont work. I have only used Samsung Devices, but seriously no more. Such a waste of money. This is the second device I have had where the port had failed. The amount of head aches I have gone through just to try and charge either device is ridiculous I am seriously done.
I have been Samsung Family fan all the way since I move to USA more than 20 years so devoted, now Samsung have committed a big mistake with this s22 ultra model, the heat increase and dissipating not good not bueno, the phone gets super hot in a bit, can not play games cause it will get hot, can't watch movies for long cause it will get hot, I wish they could use better tech to prevent this issues, example Notes doesn't have that issue their lineage it is for been tough, s22 is like the bad maid or bad apple or bad twin in the movie, this is my review for this equipment wich should be remove like the one it use to explotes due to battery issues years ago.

I am a avid fan. Their electronics are top notch well most, however this s22 ultra is the biggest piece of crap I have ever owned. I have never had a phone so weak. The screen is curved, weak spot in the screen cracks. I have never had the back of a phone shatter seen plenty of I phones never a samsung. I wanted a s pen. Now I got a cracked screen and a shattered back. Should have kept my s21fe but no i had to get the s pen while I love the features and the spen it was notworth having this peice of crap phone.no manufacturers warranty on the screen. If they are going to start make fagil phones I may as well try a i phone
I bought this phone in Dec 2022 since then i have been shocked at how the Samsung System/ Phone is really a front for big company's like GOOGLE who are the reall OS for Samsung Phones. Your Privacy or Personal Prefreence are not important, if you dont follow the prompts, and try to stop certain features, wich most of the time you cant, GOOGLE will ultimately force you throught a milion of other apps that run the PHONE
Wife bought this phone for me for my bday and the battery life is terrible . It tells you it's going to take an hour to full charge but ends up taking 2 hours even though you not using it and the battery drains really quick .my samsung a20 battery is alot better then this s22 which cost £750 . My a20 only cost £130 from asda and the only difference is the camera which I dont use. Tried ringing samsung twice regarding refund but they fob you off and make excuses saying it's the charger or you need update it or it takes 2 weeks for the phone to fully optimise ? They thought they were speaking to a 10 year old from the amount of excuses they were giving me as if this was the first time I've had a Samsung phone . Stay away from this phone
I previously had a Samsung S9 which I loved, but unfortunately had to upgrade after having for nearly 4 years! I find the some of the features on the S22 to be very tedious and the standard of the phone features under par. I have only had the S22 for a couple of months and instantly regret the decision. Firstly, when charging the phone the battery gets very warm which is a big concern. Secondly, when playing Spotify and putting the Lock Screen on, I am unable to skip songs unless I unlock the phone or fiddle about with the Media output screen. Why can't the phone have the music displayed on the Lock screen like the S9? I have looked through several tutorials online and none work. Also, this might sound basic but I use the Pin system to unlock my phone. Why do you have to click OK after you add your pin? On the S9 you simply put the pin and the phone unlocked. I cannot wait until my phone contract ends and I can move away from the terrible phone!
Good phone but way too much time wasted to set up. Samsung has lots of malware installed, that pushes notifications that you can't disable. Lots of forums about, people are searching how to get rid of them. E.g. game booster notifications, which I can see, is an actual problem for Samsung users long years. Phone plays up with notifications for messages and calls, they are randomly on and off. Our family had lots of Samsung phones, we left because of technical problems, Huawei phones were brilliant, but unfortunately they clashed with google, we had to search for other phones. From 4 phones, only I risked to get back to Samsung and only I deal now with these problems.
I haven't had this phone long. Ever since I got it, I keep getting a camera error. And it doesn't work. I got this phone because it is suppose to have an excellent camera. What the heck? My phone will start acting up in other ways as well. It lags. I wish I would've waited longer to purchase one. So if you're trying to decide, DONT GET IT!! Wait until Samsung fixes all the bugs!!
I bought 2 sets (256G & 512G) in late June and discovered 2 issues so far. 1. Not able to connect to my Sharp Android TV via Smart View 2. The volume can sometimes goes very high once I open the flip cover when I did not close the APP earlier I am always using Samsung mobile phones but this model is rather disappointing
I did a major upgrade from Galaxy S7 to the S22 ultra, primarily for the better camera and larger screen. I am generally pleased with the S22, and the camera performance. When you zoom beyond 10x, though, you start to lose image quality because you are now digitally zooming. The one major recommendation I have for Samsung is to make lightening or darkening the image much easier before actually taking the photo. Right now, the only way to do it is to touch the screen and wait for an icon to appear which will enable this. When most of the photo has light tones, seeing the icon (a circle with a slider) can be very difficult! There should be a way to use a side button to accomplish lightening/darkening -- or some other, better method. This is a feature I like to use often. The operation was easier to do on my old S7 .........

I have never owned any other brand but Samsung & after buying new Ultra 22, I've decided not to buy Samsung again, mostly because of the "Secure Folder" feature. When I owned different Notes in the past, I never had any issues but each update (every 3 weeks roughly) wants to access my Secure Folder so I have to put in password & allow the update. It defeats the purpose to have a Secure folder. Unfortunately the Support couldn't help me with it either.
Got it yesterday. Tried to switch everything over and it stopped at 79% on my phone and 68% on BFs phone. Had a little problem with Sim. Guess I should have looked the phone up or asked the guy a bit about it. I did say, what am I losing and gaining? He stated there was a difference in screen size?? Not to the naked eye, IDT. Ummm no mention anywhere.. what the gigs on storage or the fact you can not put a card in for extra storage??? Ya think he would have mentioned that little detail. I couldn't even use it. Plus I ordered burgundy and got black. Why ask me what color I want guest what color BF got?

We bought a new S22 in June from Samsung Parramtta (Sydney), and within 3 months, the battery and charging socket had issues. We sent it to Samsung for warranty service, and when it returned, the screen protector was removed, leaving a scratch on the screen. When we raised this concern, they offered to replace the screen, but we insisted on a new phone, as we hadn't expected such issues within 4 months of purchase. The customer service representative was unapologetic and suggested sending the same phone back. This was our first direct experience with Samsung, and it's been over 2 weeks without a resolution, leaving us frustrated with what seems like a dishonest and unreasonable approach.
This phone was brilliant. Then one UI 6.1 was released. This has completely ruined the phone. It frequently turns off wifi and blurtooth for no reason whatsoever. If constantly enters into crash loops for hours on end. It has been rendered near unusable by an absolutely awful system update. And support for this issue is non existant. The ultra line is supposed to be the premier line of phones, and should recieve the best service available. You will recieve *nothing*. Samsung have broken my phone and there's nothing I can do to fix it. I will not be buying a Samsung phone again.

Phone heats up very easily. Especially when you try to use camera features phone heats up so much that you cant use the phone for a while and need to switch it off to get it cool down. I use samsung wireless charger still phone heats up while charging the phone too Overall im not satisfied with the phone especially for the price you pay if you compare other brands provide much more features and better performance. My previous phone was motorola edge 20 lite with half of the price of samsung s22 it provides better performance and good features

i bought this (sm-s908ezkgmea) 4 days before. Still I dont know that my device has snapdragon processor or exynos. because it is nowhere mentioned. It gets hot without dong any heavy work, even doing facebook, it gets heat.

Only purchased this phone as needed to upgrade from my Huawei phone for obvious reasons. Really disappointed. This phone isn't a patch on my old Huaweii phone. Battery takes forever to charge, the phone is slow, the fingerprint recognition is useless once the screen protector is on and the photo quality is disappointing. Its also freakin' huge!! Wish I'd never bought this phone but now I'm stuck with it for the next goodness knows how many years as it also cost a fortune. Not worth the money and it's really put me off Samsung.
This is basically the worst galaxy device ever. I got the S22 Ultra 12GB RAM and it has been a nightmare. Tons of lags and software issues . Snapchat works worse than any previous android. Can't take videos can't record voice notes. The main camera app has issued from time to time which prevent me from recording any video until I restart the phone. Even the amazing S Pen has some software issues. This phone is loin in the hardware but a mouse in the software. Hope future updates resolve my issues.

I have had almost a year and cannot recommend it. I liked it, just not now. Just updated the software and the mobile not switched ON until now after the update installation. Samsung recommends to change the mother board which costs almost same price as new mob!!! Worst thing is lost all my data and horrible customer care support. I was an apple customer and if you ask me not to switch to Samsung in any case. Samsung can verify, if you want to challenge...

I bought this mobile just 18 days before on 31 dec 2022, finger print doesn't work, always need to change biometric, screenshot not working, secure folder from previous phone installed is not opening and asking fir a password which I never set for this app, no option of forget password.and still many more bugs, don't know how to fix so many problems facing with so expensive mobile purchased as I travel to abroad after 5 days of purchasing it.

Or 2 stars. My old samsung was full & I like the small size. And that's about it. I am technically challenged & this phone is difficult for me. Ringtones & notification sounds all lousy so had to download. And yes I have it on loudest it can be & it's soft. Very soft I think. Maybe I should have chosen the screaming goat notification. Lol Had to put in the message system I had before in because the phone doesn't lite up when u get a text without changing what it comes with. Phone automatically puts a trillion apps in. You have to buy type c earphones cuz it doesn't take reg old style ones that u need for a plane. Again I like the size. That's about it. Wish I could change text color. I don't like green. If I knew all these things I would have never bought it. I feel like everything one this phone is an extra tap or slide from my old one.
I have an S22 Ultra and for the last three months have had nothing but problems with it connecting to the network. My network provider said it may be the switching the towers to 5G towers but somehow my SIM card still works in another phone with no issues. It's not the network, it's the phone. Nobody can or had helped me fix the problem. I've reset all settings (network & factory) with no luck. I will never buy another Samsung!!

Thank u for making me switch to a different manufacturer. I so tired of the almost weekly "updates" that reset my phones settings and permissions and about the time I get them reset here comes another updated and I have to start all over again. Yall can't even get the auto rotate to work right and u took away the calibration so I can't do crap about it so I'm headed to a different company after being samsung since the note 1
Do not buy this phone. It is trash. Connectivity problems galore. I can sit beside my friend with the same provider and he can stream videos while I can't even send a Facebook message. My girlfriend has an iPhone and we have to use facebook to talk because half of our texts dont go through. I upgraded from an s8 and I would loooove that phone back. Not buying a Samsung once I get another upgrade. Once again, absolute trash
boight this phone when it came out, amazing performance, battery still works so well, screen is so powerful, (I have dropped this phone so many time and not a single scratch, i don't even have a protection screen) its so smooth, and stylish, as an artist 10/10 pen pressure and screen size i can draw so freely. camera is amazing as well, and so is the ui system each update makes the phone even better

It's got a great new bunch of camera lenses and no apps to use them all. THE WORST text suggestions; always anchors the first letter (because that's never mis-typed, right?) Screenshots galore while in my pocket.
Speak to text often doubles words without your speaking them twice. It isn't very intuitive and doesn't learn words that you speak. Retrieving voicemail is very cumbersome. Other than that it seems to be OK.
I have always used S mobiles. My last one was S9 a few years back. I like Samsung a lot and I wanted to purchase another one so I tried the S20, S21, S22 and all of them gives me bad migraines,makes my eyes very watery and nausea. I have to mention that I never get hedaches, ever so I am not sure what technology you guys use in the screens now but they are very unhealthy for eyes health.
I bought the s22 Ultra about a month ago. Was disappointed at the start because no longer had memory card slot, didn't realize it no longer came with that. Then, realized I can no longer switch from voice call to video with other Samsung users, now have to use a separate app for video calls. Otherwise, my phone is great, no issues, lots if cool new features.

I bought this phone on preorder when it was announced. Shifted from my brilliant Huawei P20 Pro that i used for 3 years. What a huge disappointment on this. very very bad battery life even after using original Samsung 25W fast charger. Cost of the accessories are also questionable. Will I buy another Samsung product after this. Never.

After updating my Galaxy S22 Ultra, the phone completely stopped working. This is not an isolated issue, as many other users are experiencing the same problem. I have had my S22 ultra for nearly one year and I am happy with its features and performance. It has just two cons: 1- It is a bit longer than normal which makes it difficult to put it in your pocket or bag. I prefer the shorter previous Note series. 2- I do not see its curved edges of its screen that much useful.

The best thing is the quality of screen. It is so brilliant. The touch of screen and the carmera, in particular in night have been improved from the previous versions. The S pen is very useful for me as I'm a fan of S pen with a Samsung tab. Overall, I'm really satisfied with S22 Ultra.

Automatic Samsung updates are ridiculous. Driving trying to find GPS directorions and my phone force updates and is off for 15 minutes. Can't get directions or make any phone calls what happens if you get into an accident?

Why did S21 Ultra Got One UI 6 After S22 Ultra And Why Still S22 Ultra Is In One UI 5.1 But the S21 Ultra Is In One UI 6.0 ??

Poor don't.like it at all got rid of my note 10 which was a better phone only had the phone 24 hrs and I'm sending it back.
I baught this month but I believe few things should be added in box. Such as Screen protector Charger and Headphones

Line issue comes after 3.2 year its software issue
It's easily the worst phone I've ever had, yet the most expensive. The only good thing about it is the camera. Some top line issues that shouldn't be issues: - autocorrect is a nightmare, it changes intended words for odd ones. Universal issue as I've looked on Community boards. - you have to delete an entire word (or 2) to add in letters or change the word. The keyboard is generally just awful. - you're constantly asked which keyboard you want to use (voice or type). There's no need and all of this makes a simple task like typing hard work. - the screen is always on the absolute brightest, even when turned right down, when you fire it up/unlock it. Highly annoying at night. Small detail like that is irritating. - the accidental unlock system doesn't work - the speakerphone is muffled - if you have voicemails (I hate voicemails and prefer to ignore them through choice) the notifications stays up until you listen to them all! - the homepage is annoying to use and not user friendly. - face recognition doesn't work. Other than the fact it looks nice and the camera is good, there's no attention to detail, it doesn't flow and using it is generally much harder than it should be. So many things are bad. Just don't bother honestly. Worth noting I had a Google pixel before, far better.
Let me be clear; I was hasty getting this device because of the body style replicating the note series. It also had some pretty classy looking colors. I'm talking about YOU burgundy 😉. I've had this phone for slightly over the year. While my experience with this particular model has been mostly great with the amazing bright screen, S Pen come standard, impressive camera, and a fantastic processor. My biggest drawbacks was the battery and how dated this device felt only after about six months. My battery average screen on time ranged from 3-4 is hours and overall battery would last seven hours. I would easily get 8-10 on the 21 ultra. And even though Samsung pushed many updates, it only made my phone worse. Another setback was the Ram Plus feature. It's useless and it makes your phone run slow. You can get by with your standard 8-12 gigs of ram, but don't expect it to be a significant change. I noticed my device would stagger in terms of casual swiping and transitions between tasks would slow down tremendously thus aging my phone well beyond its years. Overall, my experience was great. It has fast charging, which is by far the best in most if not all flagship phones, great camera, beautiful display, and looks amazing. Unfortunately, my phone met its demise from a wine glass shattering the screen into nothing causing me to replace it with the s23 ultra. I'll leave a review for that next.

22 Ultra + Started off as a brilliant phone, until the S23 was announced and every update since has gradually crippled my phone in a new way. Its as if they do it on purpose to push you to the upgrade 🤔🤔... oh wait they actually do, do that. 😱 Anyway.. My internet is nearly unusable, regardless of where I am in the country 5g will not get above 2 bars, even stood next to a 5g tower. Using apps are nearly unbearable and if you have 2-3 open might as well not bother. Phone LAG is horrible, I have it set to basic from screen colour & visuals etc just for it to run at all. Screen sensitivity changes daily, you can tap a button many times and it won't respond, but, if you phone sees a shadow of your fingers it will select everything. What's the Logic here. Battery life after every update gets even worse, I've had battery protect on from the start and only charged when getting low. As soon as I take it off charge it drops 2% immediately. And won't last the day or more like it used to. Another big bug bear for me is that Samsung have also took out the memory card slot so you now make people have to sign up to the cloud. Samsung said it was due to it being quicker to access than MC slots 🤣. So instead of it taking you 0.2 secondes longer to access they make you sign up for cloud storage for life instead 🤣🤣. So the phone memory is fixed and with the photo/ video quality, it does not take long to use it up. What's the point in having all these features and not be able to use them. Like giving you the shell of a ferrari with a moped engine. Nearly useless, can't wait for the next update.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
