Galaxy Z Flip3 5G

Loved this phone at the start but the screen is cracking at the fold from normal use after 13 months. I've never had a phone not last me a minimum of 2 years. Samsung should offer better compensation for trade in of this device since this is a quality issue.

Worst phone ever - freezes , does not unlock , stops reading finger print to unlock.

The screen started to crack before the first year, and now the entire screen does not work. Terrible customer service from Samsung on what could have been a great product if not for this serious fault. I now have to buy a new phone while still locked in a contract. Disappointing.

Worst warranty I have ever got. Purchased the phone on Nov 2023 got the issue in the folding on Jan 2024. Showed in many customer center they are saying its my issue. if it issue in the screen i can understand in the folding like screengaurd all bubble i am getting and they ask me to pay 31k even though i have warrenty.

I've been a Samsung user since the S3 and I've loved every phone....until this one. How Samsung allowed this terrible phone to be sold is beyond me. The screen cracks in the middle, the cell reception is complete garbage, and I've been told to put my phone on airplane mode and take it off a million times and the battery life takes you back to the early 2010s. My next phone will not be Samsung. I've loved my previous Samsung products but this phone removed all faith I had in the company. They know it is a terrible phone but won't do anything about it. Stay away from this phone.

I have had my galaxy flip3 for nearly 3 years, apart from slight crease marks on the fold, I have had no problems with mine, I guess I just got lucky maybe, I am looking to upgrade soon.

I just love Samsung Z Flip 7. Super Slim and light in weight. Camera quality is superb. Battery backup is too good.

After updating the new software a green line came on my phone screen.... Samsung this issue

No battery back up, phone generates lot of heat scratch card always with split and bubbles

I've had this phone 2 year's nothing but problems every 5 to 6 month's the screen bubbles up and running line's up and down the screen they replaced it the first time and I've paid out of pocket the rest of the time and know I have them on the line and they will not let me talk to a supervisor I think I'm not the 1st person that has been through this with them just admit that you sold me a defective product and do something about it

I wish that i had read the reviews before getting this phone. This will be the thrid phone in less than one year. The first one the screen basically split on the fold. I thought it was my fault that it broke, so i filed an insurance claim and after paying almost 300.00, i was given a reconditioned flip 3. Now not even 3 months later the same issue has happened again. This time however, when i went into where i got my phone the ffirstly time, i was informed that i needed to contact Samsung, as they are fully aware of the design flaw and are replacing the flip 3 with the flip 4 and that they have fixed the issue with the screen breaking. As to date i haven't heard anything from Samsung regarding my requests for information. I don't really have the cash to file another insurance claim on a phone that i did not damage. I dont think that i should've been made to pay for the first one. I love galaxy phones i had the Note 8 and 9, never had an issue with either one of them and wish that i had never upgraded....... i want to stay with samsung and galaxy, just not with the flip line. Is it possible to switch to a different phone within the same price point or am i just stuck with a broken phone that is unusable and keep paying for service on said phone?

I have always been a loyal samsung user, I fell in love with the idea of the flip phone reminding me of the all day cellphones I got my phone in September'21 and had it pre-ordered. Since this was not the first Flip/Fold I assumed Samsung would have fixed all the screen issues that appeared in the previous generation. I was mistaken!! Now I have like an air bubble in the screen that keeps extending everyday. Given how much Samsung is charging for the phone I was expecting so much more than a screen durability of 7 - 8 months

Great concept. I love that the phone fits in my bag and doesn't take a lot of space. However, I had the phone for a year and half. After that, the battery started losing power and most recently a pixel looks like it exploded on the screen causing a large black blob. It covered most of the screen so I wasn't able to reach any of the functions of the phone. I ended up losing everything on my phone. Very disappointing. I've been a forever Samsung customer. Again, love the idea. I hope the kinks are worked out in a few years.

I really disappointed that I left iPhone to use Samsung again after 10 years , the design is brettty nice and very thin that you can handle it without feeling it sizes. But unfortunately, the same issue from last 10 years is happening about the battery heat up suddenly and drainage quickly that need 10 hr to recover your phone battery to 85%. Then the screen is appeared as middle line and got scratches only at middle not every where at screen - really I will never come again to Samsung. Sorry to say this . Thank you .

This is like the 20th samsung ive owned and the most pricey as well yet it has broken the quickest... will never buy samsung again unless they recall all these phones and give us ones that can actually fold. Absolute garbage every part of it is built to break, it over heats like crazy, the battery doesnt last well and Since when did phones start coming brand new with no charger included??goes against consumer laws and have never felt so ripped off in my life.. if there was an option for 0 stars i would choose that.

Don't recommend this phone. Took multiple days to replace the screen protector on my Samsung z flip 3, got it back with dust under the protector and an air bubble, was told it would disappear in time. This was from a certified Samsung repair station. Now 4 days later the entire screen protector is coming up at the fold. I don't recommend this company (unreakifix) or the flip phones, much work to do, going to trade it in for a regular phone with glass, no screen protector nonsense to deal with.

I loved the style of the phone and the fa t that I could put it in my pocket. Unfortunately, twice it has had a hairline crack form in the seam when I open it! *not from dropping the phone, but just from opening it up. I heard the crunch of the glass cracking as I opened it. I'm not going to fix it again because in my opinion this is a design flaw and I believe it will continue to happen. Get the insurance if you buy it. Otherwise it's going to get very expensive to fix it over and over.

Do not buy this phone. I was so excited when I got it! It looked sleek and stylish however, one week after the year I had it it began shutting down when I closed it amd now it shuts down when I take it off the charger. I took it t I the repair shop that Samsung recommended and they said they're unable to repair it. Apparently,it us a defect with the manufacturing? It should have been recalled. I now have a useless phone. I used to love Samsung but your products are subpar.

I purchased this phone 11 months ago. It has been great except screen saver cover is now cracking and bubbling up at mid-seam. Talked to AT&T and they sent me to warranty site. The only thing they would do is sell me a replacement phone for $275. I declined as it just needs a new screen saver cover. Phone is currently under 1 year warranty. Before I bought, there were comments about screen cracking. This is probably what they were referring to.

Please don't buy this flip phones guys, waste of money. It's just one year passed since I bought my phone, screen protector got bubbles at folding site, slowly scratches on screen at folding site. If you call customer service that's another tragedy, they act like they will help you, at the end of the day they just say you have to pay for the repair charges. At your own risk. Will never buy a Samsung phone

I bought this phone 16 months ago and it was the most stupid thing i have ever done the screen cracked and you sumsung told me that it is your fault , you miss used it I didn't expect that it's waste of money

This phone is trash. I bought the z3 flip. The first one I had to replace the screen protector twice due to the lifting a crease in the middle and sides. Then after a year of use it just stopped working. Then got another on due to defective have only had this one less than a tear a the protector is lifting a creasing again. I love samsung phones but never will I buy a flip not a good idea.

So it was fun while it lasted. The crease tore so horizontal videos are horrible on my flip 3 and it cost $300 dollars to repair. Other than that it is still fully functional after 2 years.

I bought my phone Oct 2021. November 2022 I noticed that at the fold of my phone it looks like the screen is cracking. I contacted my provider and Samsung and because I have had it over a year there was nothing to be done. I did get the insurance on it, my mistake. So now 18 months later. It is getting worse. I will not buy another one.

The phone has been great in the beginning with good camera. However, after 2 years, there's green line appear on the screen and require fairly expensive price to fix. Moreover, phone started to turned off each time phone is flipped which defeats the purpose of flip phone. It occurs to my other friends too. So, bad phone for a long term use.

Unbelievable, just out of nowhere my screen is lifting at the fold, and making a crackling sound, just like all the others. The phone is just over a year old, which must be the time frame for this issue to happen. Never again Samsung. Very let down with the decision I made to purchase this Z Flip 3. I won't be your next lab rat, I promise.

You buy this phone only to be different and to stand out of the crowd. Coming from an S21 Ultra, this phone is definitely compromised in alot of areas (Ex: Very poor battery life and charging speeds, mediocre cameras, poor thermal management), but it just doesn't matter when the phone is this cool and when it is fun to use.

The screen cracking is a design function issue. Your insurance WILL NOT cover this issue!! So you get the phone and a year later you pay $250 to replace it for their own design issue. Then you are NOT eligible for upgrades because your in a dang contract. Best advise is to not get this phone!! DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!!!!

Worst phone ever! I bought this expensive phone and after 4 months of using it, it started getting switched off anytime in a day. I went thrice to the service center for their help but they are not helping. And i am left with no solution to it. Please donot buy this phone. It's the worst phone ever!

I got this phone from att and had the phone for 7 months and notice the crease where the phone folds started to crack. The battery life on it isn't that great either. I got the phone free with att when trading in my Google pixel 5. Which I now regret with the problems I've had with the phone.
