STEP 1. Press the Home button on your Samsung Smart Control, to access the Home Screen.

STEP 2. Using the directional pad on your remote, navigate to and select Settings.

STEP 3. Select Support.

STEP 4. Select Self Diagnosis.

STEP 5. Select Reset.

STEP 6. Enter in your 4 digit PIN, then select Done. By default your PIN is 0000.

STEP 7. Select Yes to continue.

STEP 8. Select OK to finish the reset. Your TV will restart automatically.
