How do I give my old TV or Home Appliance to Samsung?We will collect your old TV or home appliance when we deliver your new Samsung device. Please have it fully uninstalled, dismounted, disconnected, drained of any water (if applicable) and ready for collection. You are not required to package the old device.

How many times can I claim the offer?There is no claims limit, but you can only add one trade-up product per order.

When does the trade-up offer end?The promotion will be always-on until canceled by the Promoter.

What happens if the old device is not ready for collection?You should have your TV/home appliance ready for collection. If the device to be recycled (traded-up) is not available for collection, Samsung reserves the right to refuse delivery of the new device. A surcharge equal to the amount of the discount you received will apply.

I have decided to return my newly purchased TV or Home Appliance for a refund. Can I get my old trade-up device back?In the event that you return your purchased device, we will refund the value of your order but are unable to return your old TV or appliance that has been recycled. Recycled TVs/appliances have zero value and if you return your purchased device for a refund (for any reason) you will not receive any amount or value for your recycled TV/appliance.

Will I need to return the power cable and remote?It’s not a requirement to give the driver collecting the trade-up TV the power cable or remote control, however we can recycle them if requested.
