I have had this washer in two different condo vacation rentals. Seems like a great idea, but it isn’t. I washed/dried 4 bath towels, it said it would take nearly 6 hours. We were going to be gone for the day, so it was no problem. When we got home, the towels were not dry, and it took another hour to dry them. I can’t put something in the dryer for a few minutes, then hang it up , because even when I turn it off, I can’t open the door because it is ‘hot’. The time it takes to wash and dry a load is much longer than with a regular washer and dryer.

this machine is actually horrible, it uses no water at all and it is extremely loud on spin. when drying, it yellows the clothes and makes the entire bathroom smell like a tyre shop. there are too many unnecessary cycles and the capacity is smaller than my previous 9kg one. it is a good looking machine but the performance is quite terrible. i do not recommend this machine to anyone

Had this washer dryer for over a year, it does everything I need it too, it’s quite as much as it can be, auto dispenser is a life changer !!! The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 star is the fact the door does leak, I have had 5 new doors fitted and one full machine replacement through Samsung and all end up leaking . It always happens after a drum clean and will leak for a few washes after. But Samsung have been so good and replace it. I don’t want to change machine but if I could change the door to one that doesn’t have the add wash it might be what’s causing the leaks.

I was very skeptical about the combination type machines as back in the US it is more common to have a separate dryer. However, after spending tons of time researching different options I went with this combo and oh I love it! It has options for all types of laundry (and I can control it while being away from home!); it dries clothes wonderfully and it is quiet! I haven't discovered anything I don't like about it. It is just a great machine that has made my home more comfortable. Definitely deserves 5 starts!

The "smart" features are cool with the machine sending you a message when the washing is done. But it's the obvious things that make this the best washing machine we've ever had. Like the fact that it adds the detergent automatically saving time and fuss. And when you notice just after pressing the start button that you dropped a sock on the floor as you were loading . . . you can just pop it in the little door on the front. Oh and it plays a tune at the end as well.

I just bought the washing machine/dryer combo. It worked very well, right after the test wash, and it's not too loud at all. But the user interface, which is very nice, can be even better. Also it's difficult (or not possible, don't know yet) to pause and open the machine during a drying cycle which can take many hours (I figured out I can turn it completely off and wait until it cools off, so it unlocks). All in all, works great, happy with the purchase.

Een wasmachine 2.0, echt een aanrader. Deze wasmachine ziet er optisch niet alleen mooi uit, maar heeft ook nog een aantal mooie opties. Het klepje om naderhand was bij te voegen en het snel wasje, binnen 15 minuten heb je kleding weer opgepimpt. Zeker makkelijk zoals bij ons met kleine kinderen. De was ruikt lekker en schoon. De app hebben we nog niet uitgeprobeerd. Al met al prijstechnisch, gebruikersgemak en het resultaat meer dan voldoende.

Deze wasmachine heeft veel verschillende wasprogramma's, een stoomfunctie, droogfunctie, automatische reiniging, een Addwash deurtje, en Smart functionaliteiten. De was wordt goed schoon en droog, in relatief weinig tijd. Daarnaast is de machine ook nog zeer stil, zelfs tijdens het centrifugeren! Ik ben zeer tevreden met deze aankoop, helemaal aangezien deze wasmachine in het relatief lagere prijsklassement van was-droogcombinaties valt.

De combi was/droogmachine heeft een enorme variatie aan programma's waaruit gekozen kan worden. Het is erg fijn dat het apparaat een trommelreinigingsprogramma heeft, en dat hij zelf afweegt of de hoeveelheid was in het apparaat past. Daarnaast werkt de bediening erg intuïtief: het display spreekt voor zich, en geeft duidelijk aan welke functionaliteiten bij welke programma's werken (bijvoorbeeld: hoeveel graden, hoeveel toeren, hoeveel KG was). Tenslotte is het fijn dat het apparaat via een app te bedienen is. De enige minpunten dat ik tot dusver heb kunnen ontdekken, zijn: 1. de ellenlange eindtune: wanneer de was/droogcyclus voorbij is hoor je een erg lang melodietje. Dit kun je gelukkig uitzetten. 2. Doordat het apparaat een combi is, blijven er na een droogbeurt veel pluisjes achter op de rubberen rand van de trommel. Dit moet regelmatig gereinigd worden en is wel een gedoetje.

This is possibly the worst item I’ve bought in my life I’ve had nothing but problems with this. It’s always leaving on my kitchen floor it never dries properly and the worst part about it Samsung service are absolute *** like it’s terrible service so I’ve been out off buying Samsung and would never buy any Samsung product ever dies to this experience and I suggest you all Stay away.

This is a great washer dryer, so many programmes to choose from and they all wash the clothes brilliantly. The dryer is excellent too, dries clothes without a funny smell and it does not take that much longer than a separate tumble dryer would. The wi.fi connection is a great feature too. I use it more than I thought I would. I would definitely recommend this product.

Having spent a considerable amount of money on Samsung wash products in the past which have all been excellent I did not hesitate to purchase this machine. Unfortunately, they have taken digital automation to the next level and you can no longer manually adjust the drying temperature. This is crazy as it basically makes this machine unusable for anything that needs drying at 40 degrees or under. As the door has a safety hold on it at 50 degrees or hotter and the door will not open in any of the preset drying modes I am going to assume that all cycles are 50 degrees plus. This is backed up by my now damaged outdoor clothing.... Because of this ridiculous error in the specification of the machine and the fact that the lack of manual temperature control is not clearly advertised (along with a thousand pounds of damaged clothing and no means to get a refund on the machine itself) this product gets 1 star across the board.

First off I love the sleek design, it fits in well in my laundry room and would be a great feature in any space as it just looks so cool. This was very easy to install and get started. There are so many different cycles to choose from that there is sure to he something for every type of clothes or wash needed. It's easy to choose thecycle on the machine or you can do it via the app. I love how you can tweet the cycles to suit what your washing too. It clearly tells you how long is left on the cycle and if using the app it tells you what stage its on and notify you when the washing is done. I live being able to fill up the detergent and softener dispenser and then just leave it. I've not run out yet but I should be notified when it's running low so that I can be ready to add the next lot. Over all a really good purchase.

Love the washer dryer so much. The add door makes life so much easier and so does the auto dispensing draw. Also the sanitising wash and bubble soak really come in handy. However. This is my 3rd machine in the space of 5 years due to things not working as they should and becoming uneconomical to repair. So make sure you have insurance.

Feels like The washer drum needs to be diagnostic adjusted before each wash. All we get is a loud knocking and whining noise coming from it. It works but we feel its drum is off balance. The dryer part works perfectly, silent as it should be. And clothes are dry each time.

Op het eerste zegt vinkt dit bij mij alle boxjes aan: uitgebreid programma-aanbod, link met mobiele app die ook écht werkt, en de gedroomde was-én-droogfunctie. Oké, de handleiding heb ik online moeten opzoeken, maar terwijl een eerste droogtest aan het lopen was heb ik alvast een lijstje gemaakt van te testen functies. Eerste resultaat: het handdoek-programma heeft dan wel geen eigen droogfunctie, maar die is er snel achteraan geplakt; en het moet gezegd; de handdoeken zijn brandschoon, ruiken hemels fris en zijn ongelooflijk zacht. Oké, het hoofddoel is klaar, laat de rest maar komen. Finale test: De opgegeven duurtijd blijft altijd een verwarrende factor, maar het wasgoed komt effectief sneller (en ook properder) uit de machine, zelfs als je tussendoor nog wat toevoegt. De airwash lijkt een ideale oplossing for opfrissing van zaken die je toch snel nodig hebt, en de verschillende droogstanden zijn handig. Toegegeven, het is even omdenken omdat sommige programma's meteen drogen erachteraanplakken, en sommige moet je manueel nadrogen. Wat me wel opvalt is dat het droogproces snel en stil verloopt. Bottom line: dit ding doet prima wat het moet doen, en meer.

Ten eerste is het design van de machine supermooi, en het apparaat is eenvoudig te gebruiken. Wel moet ik zeggen dat ik zelf de voorkeur geef aan de bediening van de machine via de app. Ik gebruik de app dan eigenlijk ook altijd om mijn perfecte programma samen te stellen. Handig aan de app is, dat je ook favoriete programma’s kunt toevoegen. Ook kun je in de app heel makkelijk bijhouden wanneer je de wasmachine een reinigingsprogramma moet laten draaien. Dit is echt een pluspunt! En ideaal voor het behoud van de machine. De voordelen van deze machine is dat hij super stil is! En ik heb al een paar keer de Add-Wash gebruikt, wat handig! Vergeten sokken kunnen zo alsnog mee de was in. Ook een grote was, zoals bankhoezen gaat prima. Wat fijn dat ik ze daarna meteen kan drogen. Het enige waar ik nog aan moet wennen, is als ik wil drogen ik goed moet afwegen hoeveel ik in de machine doe. Maar ook daar zal ik een handigheid in krijgen. Er is enkel één klein (min)puntje. Deze wascombo heeft geen pluizenfilter, zoals een normale droger heeft. De rand van de machine is van rubber, daardoor blijven er regelmatig pluisjes op de rand zitten. Ik heb me aangewend om dit na elke droogbeurt meteen met een vochtige doek schoon te houden. Ook draai ik na gebruik soms het korte programma van 15 minuten. Omdat hij geen pluizenfilter heeft voert hij de pluisjes af via de afvoerfilter. Soms is deze dus ineens vol tijdens een wasbeurt, en dan moet je hem dus schoonmaken. Dit is een nadeel als je bijvoorbeeld katten hebt, en soms een hoop haren mee neemt als je dekentjes wast. Wellicht is het aan te wennen eens in de zoveel tijd het afvoerfilter schoon te maken, en indien je huisdieren hebt dus net iets vaker. Verder ben ik onwijs tevreden. Als ik had geweten hoe fijn en handig deze machine zou zijn, had ik hem al veel eerder aangeschaft.

[Deze beoordeling is verzameld als deel van een promotie.] Nu de WD80T654ABH een ruime in huis is om te testen, heb ik inmiddels wel een aantal wasjes kunnen doen. Erg veel mogelijkheden qua programma's en daarbinnen nog weer meer opties. Ook fijn dat hij zelf onthoudt wat je laatst/veel gebruikt hebt, die komen als eerste voorbij. In combinatie met de app is het handig instellen wat voor was, welke temperatuur, hoe vaak spoelen, hoe veel toeren centrifugeren, daarna meteen drogen? Maar natuurlijk! Fijn dat de tijd resterend weergegeven wordt, en die gecorrigeerd wordt als er meer of minder was/water gebruikt wordt. De optie drogen na wassen alleen nog bij beddengoed en handdoeken gebruikt, het duurt een hele tijd (in eerste instantie zegt 'ie 6 uur, maar meestal na zo'n 4,5 uur klaar) maar dan komt je was lekker fris en droog uit de machine. En zacht! Het stoomprogamma om kleding op te frissen lijkt ook goed te werken, maar 1 testronde zegt nog niet zoveel. Ook het AirWash is ideaal, zeker voor delicatere kleding. Handig dat je kleding dan niet meer te drogen hoeft te hangen! Ook de korte programma's voor kleding die verder alleen even gespoeld hoeven te worden zijn fijn in gebruik. Ik moet er wel goed aan denken dat de droger minder capaciteit aankan dan de wasmachine, dus kleinere wasjes doen als ik ze wil drogen. Maar de capaciteit is voor 1 persoon meer dan groot genoeg. Heb het idee dat de wasmachine een stuk stiller is dan mijn vorige, dat is fijn. Zeker aangezien het apparaat in de woonkeuken staat, heb er dus niet heel veel last van. Qua uiterlijk is het een rustig apparaat. Er is slechts 1 draaiknop en een scherm met wat touchscreen knoppen. Dit maakt het eenvoudig in gebruik, heel intuitief. Het zelfreinigende programma is erg praktisch, na het drogen blijven er altijd pluisjes enzo achter, maar na dit programma ziet de machine er weer als nieuw uit! Jammer dat er alleen een ellenlang eindmelodietje in te stellen is, of helemaal niets. Ik hou wel van vrolijkheid, maar het ingebouwde deuntje duurt me echt te lang. Dus dan maar geen melding dat de was klaar is (al komt die wel via de app op de telefoon).
