Upgrade Eligibility
1. Valid exclusively for selected Galaxy models with successful registration.
2. Samsung will notify your upgrade eligibility for a new Galaxy device 10 months after the purchase date of your existing device.
3. Next Galaxy device should be priced higher than your existing device, or with RRP of RM4,000 and above.
4. Ensure your existing device meets the trade-in criteria and 3rd party trade-in terns and conditions. Subject to device assessment, only Grade A & Grade B devices accepted. Refer to table below.

Can I have multiple registrations in the Galaxy Forever Program?Yes, you can register as many eligible devices as you have (one registration per eligible IMEI).

Do I need to trade in my existing device and buy the next Galaxy device in order for me to get up to 50% guaranteed residual value?Yes, you are required to trade in and buy the next Galaxy Device with RRP of RM4,000 and above; or RRP higher than the RRP of your existing device.

Members may proceed to any Participating Stores to trade-in and purchase the latest Galaxy S26 Series with up to 50% off upon trade-in of their existing device from 6 March 2026 to 3 May 2026.

How does the Galaxy Forever programme differ from other financing plans available?The Galaxy Forever programme is exclusively available at Samsung Experience Stores. It offers you the option to get a new Galaxy every year when a new Galaxy is launched. To join this programme, you can purchase from participating stores , but upgrades can only be made at Samsung Experience Stores in the following year.

Can I trade in my current smartphone and buy a new Galaxy with the Galaxy Forever programme?Yes, you can buy an eligible device and enrol in the Galaxy Forever programme within a certain period. T&Cs apply.

What do my monthly instalments cover?Your monthly payments are based on the final receipt and are stackable with all ongoing promotions.

I’m buying a Galaxy as a gift. Can I activate the phone at a later date?Yes, when you buy a Galaxy using the Galaxy Forever programme, you can enrol in the programme at a later date, within 30 days of the purchase.

What happens if I don’t want to upgrade my Galaxy after 12 months of monthly payments?There is no obligation to upgrade after 12 months of instalments. You may choose to continue paying the remaining 12 months in the following year.

If I’m already enrolled in the Galaxy Forever programme, am I guaranteed to get the new Galaxy?Availability of the new Galaxy is on a first-come, first-served basis. Credit is subject to status, trade-in device conditions, different durations, and interest rates that may be offered. Subject to applications.

I have more than one Galaxy in the Galaxy Forever programme. Can I upgrade them all?Yes, as long as each device is eligible for an upgrade. You can check the upgrade eligibility for all your devices in the programme using the eligibility checker.

If I’ve paid off my instalments, am I still part of the Galaxy Forever programme?Yes, you can rejoin the Galaxy Forever programme by purchasing an eligible device for the following year.

Do I need to buy a new Galaxy Device in order for me to get the 50% RV?Yes, you are required to buy a new higher RRP of Galaxy Device to be part of the upgrade process.
