Frequently Asked Questions for Store Pickup

  • When can I pickup my mobile order?

    Express Store Pickup:-
    • Available for selected stores and products only.
    • Same-day pickup for orders placed before 5 PM subject to stock availability, store operating hours and unforeseeable events, including, but not limited to, system disruptions and operational delays.
    • We endeavor to notify/update you in the event of any change or delay in the order processing/pick up time.
       *If there’s a change in your order status, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address.
       *If an item is not available for in-store pickup, it will be made available for standard store pickup based on the Standard Store Pickup lead time.
    • Please note that order acknowledgement does not mean that your order is ready for pick up from the store. You will be notified by email with caption “Express Order is Ready to Pickup” once your order is ready for pickup. You are advised NOT to attempt pick up before receiving that email as your order may not be available for pick up yet.

    Standard Store Pickup:-
    • West Malaysia: 1-3 working days*
    • East Malaysia: 5-7 working days *
       *This is an estimated lead time and is subject to change due to factors such stock discrepancies, and unforeseeable events, including, but not limited to, system disruptions and operational delays.

  • Express Store Pickup:-
    • Available for selected stores and products only.
    • Same day pickup and order readiness for pickup lead time may vary subject to stock availability, store operating hours and applicable for orders placed before 1 PM on weekdays, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
    • Order placed after 1 PM will be processed on the next business day.
    • Order Acknowledgement shall not constitute as the proof of order is ready for pickup. Please do not attempt to pickup the order before receiving Express Order is Ready to Pickup email, as the items may not be available at the selected store yet.

    • Pickup is available anytime during the store opening hours once you received the Express Order is Ready to Pickup email, which confirms your order is ready for pickup.
    • If there is a change in your order status, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address.
    • If an item is not available for in-store pickup, it will be made available for standard delivery based on the Standard Delivery lead time.

    Standard Delivery:-
    • West Malaysia: 2-7 working days*
    • East Malaysia: Longer delivery lead time (up to two months)*

  • Bring your Order Acknowledgement and Express Order is Ready to Pickup email (either printed or on your mobile device).

    In the case if you are not able to collect the order personally, your representative shall provide a written authorization letter to indicate the person will collect the item on your behalf.

  • Orders made online and scheduled for in store pick up will be held at the store for 14 days. If you have not picked up your orders by the end of the 14th day, you will be contacted by store agent and order will be delivered directly with additional delivery cost.
  • 1. Cancellation is not available for the following order(s):
    (a) Pre-order;
    (b) Express Delivery;
    (c) Express Delivery with Installation;
    (d) Express Store Pickup

    2. Save for the order(s) listed in paragraph 1 above, your order can be cancelled any time before we prepare your order for dispatch. You may cancel your order by navigating as below:

    My Orders > Input your Order ID & Email ID > Click Search > Click on Cancel Order button > Select your cancellation reason > Submit cancellation.

    Please note that we are unable to accommodate any order cancellation once the order has been prepared for dispatch.

    3. Any voucher code used in a cancelled order will not be refunded/reinstated.

    4. Partial cancellation is not allowed. Upon successful cancellation, all item(s) in that order will be cancelled.

  • Items purchased through in-store pickup can be returned to Samsung within 7 working days from the day you collect the goods, if they are incorrect, damaged, or defective.

    Incorrect:
    The item is not the item you ordered. The model or color is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.

    Damaged:
    The item is found to be damaged upon receipt.

    Defective:
    For any technical defect, the customer must refer to any Samsung Service Centre nearby for further advise.


    Returned items must meet the following requirements:
           The item must be returned to Samsung within 7 working days from the pickup date.
           You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
           The item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity), and free gifts received with it.
           All packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not affected in any manner.
           Item must be returned to Samsung in its original box (ow with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the Product damage during return delivery.
