    Samsung’s Bespoke AI Laundry Hub is a stacked front-load washer and dryer in one space-saving design. It offers advanced wash and dry performance with smart features for faster, easier laundry.
  • The Bespoke AI Laundry Hub can wash and dry a load in about as little as 1 hour. The washer’s Super Speed course cleans 11 lbs in 28 minutes1, and the dryer’s Super Speed course dries 8 lbs in 30 minutes2. AI sensors optimize time and temperature for the best results.
  • The Easy Reach Control Panel operates both washer and dryer from one central panel.
    You can start or stop cycles, choose settings, and save preferences — all within easy reach.
  • The Flex Auto Dispenser measures and dispenses the right amount of detergent and softener for each load. It stores enough for up to 20 loads with softener or 34 loads with detergent only, saving time and reducing waste.
  • Yes. AI Smart Dial3 learns your laundry habits and suggests4 cycles based on your past use, plus reminders for seasonal or special care.

  • Yes. The Laundry Hub can run washer and dryer at the same time. Check your manual for voltage, fuse, and power requirements for safe operation.
  • No. The Laundry Hub’s door is fixed and cannot be reversed. Check hinge position before installation.
  • Yes. It is ENERGY STAR® certified to use less power without reducing performance. AI Energy Mode in SmartThings can track and help lower energy use.
  • Yes. Connect your Bespoke AI Laundry Hub to SmartThings to receive end-of-cycle alerts and control cycles from your phone. SmartThings Home Care monitors appliance status and notifies you of maintenance needs, while SmartThings Energy provides power-saving tips and alerts if the appliance is left on. SmartThings Clothing Care analyzes your usage patterns to recommend and customize cycles

    Note: For vent dryers, gas models only support status monitoring, and SmartThings Energy is unavailable.

    You must download the SmartThings app available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required.
  • Q. What is the delivery fee?

    Delivery options depend on how you place your order:

  • Unfortunately, once your order is placed, the delivery cannot be changed. Instead, you can:
