    • Step 1 While purchasing your new Samsung Device, please Choose “Yes, please” under Samsung Trade-In OR Add your Trade-in device on the cart page.
    • Step 2 If your old device is eligible for trade-in, it will be listed in the drop-down menu. Only 1 device can be traded in (per order/transaction)
    • Step 3 Keep your old product ready. Our trade-in partner will get in touch with you for evaluation (doorstep or pick up) 7 business days after you receive your new product.
    • Step 4 Upon successful evaluation, the final trade-in amount will be either received cash at your doorstep or transferred to your bank depending on your location.
