My proudest moment at Samsung was when I was given the opportunity to work overseas as part of the Employee Mobility Program at the Samsung regional office in Singapore for a year, with an opportunity to work under another department for an additional month.
I was given the role of managing 2 big projects under my belt, which I am grateful for because my experiences garnered from this journey led me to who I am today.
Overseeing these projects and being part of the team that brought them to fruition had been fulfilling. It is nothing short of inspiring when I look back and know that I helped to develop efforts that are applied in different regional offices, many of which are still implemented today.

I had a great mentor and amazing colleagues who fully supported my ideas at that time, even the work-life and environment during my short stint at the regional office was nice. While daily challenges were difficult to overcome, I truly treasure the experiences and learnings that I have achieved here at Samsung because all of these have made me who I am today.
I sincerely believe that having an open mindset and attitude towards work—such as being open to learning new things—are good values to have when working at Samsung.
Go beyond your limits; crave new challenges and continue to seek advice, insight and support because there are so many great mentors in Samsung whom we can turn to for guidance and growth.
I began my career at Samsung as a Management Trainee; since then, I have worked in Product Marketing, then Channel Marketing, and now in Retail Marketing. I have no regrets, and I believe that I’ve made a great decision to join Samsung since Day 1!
