Following the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+’s pre-order collection which started on 22 April, the new devices will now be available from 28 April, ahead of its pre-scheduled retail availability. 

 

Response for the Galaxy S8 and S8+ has been strong and encouraging, with thousands in Singapore collecting their new devices last Saturday. Tens of thousands had pre-ordered / registered their interest for the Galaxy S8 and S8+, which is more than double the number for the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge, setting a new record for pre-order / registration of interest numbers for Samsung’s mobile device in Singapore. 

 

The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ will be available at the recommended retail price of $1,148 and $1,298 respectively. The devices will be available in colour options of Maple Gold, Midnight Black and Orchid Gray, at local telecommunication operators (M1, Singtel and StarHub), major consumer electronics stores (Best Denki, Challenger, Courts, Gain City, Harvey Norman and Newstead), authorised mobile retailers, Samsung Experience Stores and Lazada Singapore. 

 

Galaxy S8 and S8+ Launch Promotions 

 

Samsung will also be holding island wide launch promotions for the Galaxy S8 and S8+, available till 31 May 2017¹. Customers who purchase a Galaxy S8 or S8+ can enjoy 20% off their purchase of any original Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ accessories or purchase a Starter Kit (includes a Wireless Charger Stand, Micro USB Cable, Clear Cover and Screen Protector) at a discounted price of $98 (U.P. $168)². 

 

The launch promotion will be available at local telecommunication operators (M1, Singtel and StarHub), major consumer electronics stores (Best Denki, Challenger, Courts, Gain City, Harvey Norman and Newstead), authorised mobile retailers and Samsung Experience Stores.
