In celebration of the launch of the newest addition to the Galaxy family, Samsung held a Galaxy Exclusive Launch Party, in partnership with Viu, bringing Hallyu artistes to Singapore to meet their fans
Singapore – 10 August 2018 – To celebrate the launch of the all new powerful Galaxy Note9 in Singapore, Samsung, in partnership with Viu, held the Samsung Galaxy Exclusive Launch Party this evening at Gardens by the Bay. The exclusive event saw the unveiling of the latest member of the Galaxy Note series together with a meet-and-greet with fan-favourite Hallyu artistes, "What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim" lead actress Park Min Young and "Running Man" Sparta Kim Jong Kook. "Whats Wrong with Secretary Kim" and "Running Man" are currently among the top shows available on Viu.
"We are extremely excited to be introducing the all-new powerful Galaxy Note9. The Galaxy Note9 was created with our customers in mind to bring them a device that will power their lives throughout the day," said Mr. Lee Jui Siang, President, Samsung Electronics Singapore. "In celebration of the launch, we are delighted to have hosted the exclusive launch party featuring these fan-favourite Hallyu stars to reward and thank our loyal consumers for their support over the years."
At the Samsung Galaxy Exclusive Launch Party, almost 800 Samsung and Viu fans had a chance to experience the revolutionary features of the Galaxy Note9 and also got to meet Park Min Young and Kim Jong Kook in person. Lucky fans even came up close with their idols on stage, playing games with them and taking home personally autographed momentos.
Earlier in the day, Samsung together with Viu, also held a press conference where the two artistes talked about their latest shows and shared more about their favourite Galaxy Note9 features.
