Terms & Conditions
1.1. This Easy Mode Club programme (“Programme”), organised by Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Samsung”), is an invitation-only experience designed to allow each of the 126 selected participants (each, a “Participant”) to try out the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 512GB (“New Device”) for a period of twenty-six (26) days (the “Trial Period”).
1.2. At the expiration of the Trial Period, each Participant will have the option to: (i) purchase and keep the New Device at an exclusive discounted price; or (ii) return the New Device to Samsung.
2.1. This Programme is open to (i) Singapore residents aged eighteen (18) years and above as of 26 February 2026, (ii) who are, at the time of application, non-Samsung Galaxy users, and (iii) who possess a valid credit card and have a PayLater by Grab account.
2.2. Employees of Samsung, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Programme.

4.1. To participate in this Programme, each Participant must write and publish:
(i) three (3) testimonials on a Samsung-designated Reddit thread, sharing his/her experience using the New Device during the Trial Period (each, a “Testimonial”); and
(ii) one (1) product review in respect of the New Device on Samsung.com (each, a “Review”),
where the Testimonials and the Review must reflect the Participant’s genuine personal experience and meaningfully reference his/her actual usage of the New Device (including, but not limited to, its features and functions).
4.2. In the event a Participant fails to post a Testimonial or (as the case may be) Review within the stipulated timeframes set out below, Samsung will send such Participant a warning (each, a “Warning”). If a Participant receives a total of three (3) Warnings, such Participant will be disqualified from this Programme.
In the event a Participant gets disqualified from this Programme, such Participant will have to return the New Device as set out in Clause 5.4 below.

4.3. In addition to the foregoing, each Participant may choose to participate in specially-organised events by Samsung in connection with this Programme and receive additional incentives, experiences and/or privileges. For the avoidance of doubt, the activities stated in this Clause 4.3 are optional and are not required to complete this Programme.
4.4. By participating, participants agree Samsung may use, reproduce, edit and share any Programme-related content (including photos/videos) and their image/likeness for marketing, promotional and internal purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice. Participants also agree Samsung may add their details to Samsung’s marketing database, subject to Samsung’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.
5.1. Participants must complete a PayLater by Grab four (4) month payment authorisation at Samsung Experience Store 313@Somerset for monthly instalments of S$411.25 (each, a “Monthly Instalment”).
5.2. The first of four Monthly Instalments of S$411.25 (the “First Instalment”) will be temporarily held upon collection of the New Device.
5.3. On the Programme End Date, each Participant shall: (i) return; or (ii) keep, the New Device.
5.4. If a Participant elects to return the New Device, the New Device will be assessed by Samsung in its sole and absolute discretion as follows:

If the condition of the New Device is acceptable (i.e., Grade A or B), the First Instalment on hold will be released and not charged to such Participant. Further, such Participant will not be charged for any of the other three (3) pre-authorised Monthly Instalments.
If the condition of the New Device is not acceptable (i.e., Grade C or below), the First Instalment on hold will be released and paid to Samsung, and such Participant will also be charged for the other three (3) pre-authorised Monthly Instalments.
5.5. If a Participant elects to keep the New Device, the First Instalment on hold will be released and paid to Samsung, and such Participant will also be charged for the other three (3) pre-authorised Monthly Instalments.
5.6. Any Participant may withdraw from this Programme at any time during the Trial Period and shall return the New Device as set out in Clause 5.4 above.
5.7. In the event:
(i) a Participant opts to return the New Device but fails to return the New Device, the issue will be escalated to the relevant authorities;
(ii) a Participant is not responsive at any time during the Trial Period, refer to Clause 4.2 above;
(iii) a Participant does not fulfil and complete his/her obligations (as determined by Samsung in its sole and absolute discretion) as set out in Clause 4.1 above, refer to Clause 4.2 above; or
(iv) the New Device is stolen, misplaced or lost, the First Instalment on hold will be released and paid to Samsung, and such Participant will also be charged for the other three (3) pre-authorised Monthly Instalments.
Samsung will retain ownership of each of the New Devices unless a Participant elects to keep the New Device allocated to him/her under this Programme in accordance with the terms hereof.
Samsung reserves the right to, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, tampering or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
By participating in this Programme, each Participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her personal data by Samsung for the purpose of administering this Lucky Draw. Refer to Samsung’s Privacy Policy at www.samsung.com/sg/info/privacy.html for more information.
Samsung shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in this Programme (including the utilisation of the New Devices).
Samsung reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Programme and/or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
