How and when do I redeem the products?Visit <https://mobileredemption.sgsamsungcampaign.com/home🡥> after you have received your smartphone order. You will need to input the IMEI number of your purchased smartphone to validate the redemption. Redemption closes by 19 Jul 11.59pm.

This Promotion is valid on selected Galaxy S26 Series smartphones purchased on Samsung.com/sg from 8 June 2026, 00:00 a.m. to 21 June 2026, 11:59 p.m., while stocks last
^ Receive up to $799 instant credit with purchase of an eligible Galaxy S26 smartphone on Samsung.com/sg. Instant credit is valid for redemption of selected Samsung TV, Monitor, Audio and Digital Appliances products via the redemption portal. While stocks last.
^ Receive up to $1,299 instant credit with purchase of an eligible Galaxy S26+ or S26 Ultra smartphone on Samsung.com/sg. Instant credit is valid for redemption of selected Samsung TV, Monitor, Audio and Digital Appliances products via the redemption portal. While stocks last.
Instant credit is not a direct discount on the eligible Galaxy S26 Series smartphone purchase and will not be applied at checkout. Instant credit may only be used for redemption of selected participating Samsung products via the redemption portal.
Redemption of participating Samsung TV, Monitor, Audio and Digital Appliances products is subject to availability, while stocks last. Participating products may vary during the Promotion period and/or redemption period.
Instant credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, credit, Samsung Rewards Points, vouchers or any other item, and cannot be resold. Any unused instant credit balance will be forfeited and will not be refunded, carried forward or used for another redemption.
Redemption must be completed via the redemption portal at https://mobileredemption.sgsamsungcampaign.com/home by 19 July 11.59pm. Redemption submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Samsung account login and/or submission of purchase verification details may be required for redemption, including but not limited to Samsung.com order number, proof of purchase, customer details, product serial number and/or IMEI number.
In the event of refund / return / cancellation, products purchased under any of the foregoing promotions will be subject to deduction of the promotional value, including the value of any instant credit awarded or redeemed. If redemption has already been completed, Samsung reserves the right to recover the value of the redeemed product and/or deduct the promotional value from any refund due.
Samsung reserves the right to reject an order or redemption if Samsung believes, in its sole discretion, that the participation in any of the foregoing promotions is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to incomplete, incorrect, duplicated, fraudulent, illegible or tampered redemption submissions.
Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or amend, suspend or terminate any of the foregoing promotions at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons.
