  • 2. Eligibility & Amendments
    Samsung reserves the right to:
    • Update the list of eligible devices.
    • Adjust Trade-In values without prior notice.

  • 3. Refund Policy
    If you cancel/return your new Samsung device:
    Trade-In Accepted: Only the final assessed value of your traded device is refunded (e.g., $150 instead of $300 estimate).
    Bonuses Excluded: All promotional top-ups (e.g., $100 Overtrade bonus, Trade-In bonus) are forfeited.
    Trade-In Rejected: You must repay the full bonus value applied to your purchase.

  • 4. Device Inspection
    Conducted by authorized partners (CompAsia) at pickup.
    Devices will be rejected for:
    • Rooting/jailbreaking
    • Carrier locks
    • Liquid damage
    • Non-functional parts
    Inspection results are final and non-negotiable.
