I was on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ for about 2 years. It was a fantastic phone and as an Android fan through and through, it was an easy migration. I loved the camera and the expendable memory space, and these were my main reasons for switching over to the S10+ from my older phone.

To be honest, I feel I had everything I needed on my old S10+. Unfortunately, even with all its storage capability, the memory was starting to get full. This was starting to slow my phone down, so it felt like time to make a switch!

Switching over was really easy! I just needed time to adjust to the phone’s features — little things like the volume buttons being on the opposite side, but these matters were easily fixed with simple muscle memory adjustments. The biggest plus point was using Smart Switch to transfer all my apps, pics/videos, emails and WhatsApp messages across so that I could continue using my new device from exactly where I left off on my old one!

Being a part of the Galaxy family for a couple years, I just wanted to get my hands on the next generation! A feature that stood out was the new and improved camera with some awesome new capabilities. I’m really excited to start capturing high resolution, quality images!

What advice do you have for your peers who are afraid to make a change?
Don’t be! If there was an opportunity to upgrade to better features and technology, why wouldn’t you take it? Plus, with Smart Switch, the transition is super easy and fuss-free. I literally followed the steps and transferred my entire old phone to my new one in just over an hour!
