1. Organiser

a. The Samsung Vision AI TV Lucky Draw (the "Lucky Draw") is organised by Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Samsung"), located at 30 Pasir Panjang Road, Mapletree Business City, #17-31/32, Singapore 117440.

b. By participating in this Lucky Draw, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

a. The Lucky Draw is open to Singapore residents aged 18 and above as stated on their Identity Card/ Passport as of 28 April 2025.

b. Employees of Samsung, its affiliates and third party marketing and service providers, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

3. How to Participate

a. Participants must register their interest for the new 2025 Samsung TV Lineup (https://www.samsung.com/sg/tvs/handraiser/).

b. Registration must be submitted between between 12:00AM on 28 April 2025 and 11:59PM on 11 May 2025 (“Lucky Draw Period”) with valid and complete personal details to qualify for the Lucky Draw.

c. Only registrations submitted within the Lucky Draw Period will be considered eligible for the lucky draw.

d. Only one entry per individual is allowed. Incomplete, duplicate, false or invalid submissions will be disqualified. 

4. Prize

a. Participants stand a chance to win a 43” The Frame TV LS03F with brown bezel worth $2,102 (the “Prize”)..

b. Samsung reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another or similar value at its sole discretion.

c. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection

a. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible submissions by 31 May 2025 to win one (1) 43” The Frame TV LS03F with brown bezel from the Lucky Draw.

b. The winner will be notified via email indicated in the submission form.

6. Prize Redemption

a. The winner of the Lucky Draw will receive an email notification to share more details for arrangement of Prize delivery by 30 June 2025 (the “Delivery Period”), including but not limited to:

              • Residential Address

              • Acknowledgment Form

              • Letter of Authorisation (where applicable)

b. In the event where the Prize is not redeemed by the Delivery Period, the Prize will be forfeited and no correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture.

c. A Participant whose Prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.

d. The Prize will only be delivered to a valid address in Singapore. Delivery may be subject to additional verification procedures.

7. Personal Data

By participating, each Participant agrees to Samsung’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw and for marketing communications by Samsung. Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communications. Participants consent to the transfer of their personal data to Samsung’s data processors or third party service provider as required to facilitate the Lucky Draw. 8. Disqualification

a. Samsung reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions or suspected of fraudulent activity.

b. Incomplete, duplicate, false or invalid submissions will be disqualified and deemed ineligible.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samsung shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused in connection with the Lucky Draw, including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, system errors or any other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the terms periodically. All rules and regulations and instructions issued by Samsung from time to time will be deemed incorporated in these Terms and Conditions.

11. Disputes

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, Samsung's decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
