Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

1.         Organiser

The Lucky Draw is organised by Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Samsung”), located at 30 Pasir Panjang Road, Mapletree Business City, #17-31/32, Singapore 117440.

2.         Eligibility and Disqualification

2.1        The Lucky Draw is open to Singapore residents aged 18 years and above as of 24 June 2025.

2.2        Employees of Samsung, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

2.3        Each individual is limited to one (1) entry per email address. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Additionally, incomplete, late (i.e., submissions received outside of the Lucky Draw Period (as defined hereinafter), or duplicate entries will not be considered.

2.4        Samsung reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, tampering, or non-compliance with these Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions.

3.         Promotion Period

3.1        The Lucky Draw will run from 24 June 2025, 7 a.m., to 9 July 2025, 9:59 p.m. (the “Lucky Draw Period”).

3.2        The Lucky Draw will have two (2) cycles (each, a “Cycle”) within the Lucky Draw Period: (i) from 24 Jun 2025, 7 a.m., to 1 Jul 2025, 11:59 p.m. (“Week 1”); and (ii) from 2 Jul 2025, 12:00 a.m., to 9 Jul 2025, 9:59 p.m. (“Week 2”).

4.         Participation Mechanics

4.1        To enter the Lucky Draw, each Participant must:

(i)            register his/her interest during the Lucky Draw Period; and

(ii)           receive a confirmation email containing a randomised word (each, a “Randomised Word”), which will serve as his/her ‘ticket’ for the Lucky Draw.

4.2       Each Participant will receive entry into either Cycle of the Lucky Draw and will stand a chance to win a Voucher.

4.3        Each Cycle will have a distinct set of Randomised Words.

4.4       The winning word (“Word of the Week”) will be announced via Samsung’s official Instagram platform (@samsungsg) (“Samsung’s IG”) as follows: (i) Week 1 “Word of the Week” reveal on 2 Jul 2025 at 9 a.m.; and (ii) Week 2 “Word of the Week” reveal on 9 Jul 2025 at 9 p.m.

4.5       Thereafter, for each Cycle, Participants must:

(i)            comment on the “Word of the Week” reveal post on Samsung’s IG (“Reveal Post”), following commentary instructions on the Reveal Post; and 

(ii)           when contacted by Samsung, provide proof of confirmation email containing the "Word of the Week". 

4.6        During each Cycle, the first seventy-seven (77) Participants who have commented on the Reveal Post, and who have also fulfilled the Lucky Draw participation criteria as out below shall be the winners of the Lucky Draw (each, a “Winner”):

(i)            registered his/her interest during the Lucky Draw Period; and

(ii)           received a confirmation email containing the Word of the Week.

5.         Prizes

5.1        There will be a total of 154 Winners: seventy-seven (77) Winners per Cycle.

5.2        Each Voucher will entitle a Winner to SGD 77 off selected flights booked via Trip.com only.

5.3        Only one (1) Voucher can be applied to each booking.

5.4        Each Voucher will only be applicable for transactions in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

5.5        Each Voucher cannot be used in addition with other offers, promotions and/ discounts and are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

5.6        To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com and Samsung will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to the Lucky Draw.

6.         Winner Announcement, Verification and Redemption

6.1        The list of Winners for will be published on https://www.samsung.com/sg/offer/luckydraw by 8 August 2025.

6.2        To claim the Lucky Draw prize (i.e., a Voucher), each Winner must direct message @samsungsg on Instagram when contacted with a screenshot of his/her confirmation email confirming that his/her Randomised Word matches the applicable “Word of the Week”. After verification by Samsung, Samsung will provide each Winner with details regarding the collection of the Voucher.

6.3        Winners must present his/her confirmation email for verification and, upon verification, collect their Vouchers from Samsung between 21 Jul 2025 and 31 Jul 2025 at Samsung’s office at 30 Pasir Panjang Road, Mapletree Business City, #17-31/32, Singapore 117440.

7.         Trip.com Voucher Redemption

7.1        Each Voucher can only be redeemed via a specified campaign page, which shall we notified to each Winner by Samsung upon collection of his/her Voucher.

7.2        Any queries and/or issues in connection with the redemption of the Vouchers including, but not limited to, availability of flights, booking of flights and changes to bookings, should be directed to Trip.com. For assistance, Winners can contact Trip.com directly at +65 3138 5161.

7.3        Samsung shall not be responsible for redemption of any of the Vouchers.

8.         Personal Data

By participating in the Lucky Draw, each Participant consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her personal data by Samsung for the purpose of administering the Lucky Draw. Refer to Samsung’s Privacy Policy at www.samsung.com/sg/info/privacy.html for more information.

9.         Liability

Samsung shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Lucky Draw (including the utilisation of the Vouchers).

10.        Amendments

Samsung reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Lucky Draw and/or these Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

11.        Governing Law

These Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
