All employees, contractors, vendors and suppliers of Samsung Austin Semiconductor are expected to observe certain standards of performance and conduct for the safe and orderly operation of the company’s business. It is the responsibility of every employee and every contractor, vendor and supplier to conduct business in a professional, safe and ethical manner at all times. All employees, contractors, vendors and suppliers are expected to adhere to these principles and policies. Compliance with these principles and policies will help to ensure the confidence and support of customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies and the public. Any employee who becomes aware of existing or potential violations of Samsung policies, guidelines or codes of conduct is expected to report any concerns promptly to management, Human Resources, Corporate Counsel or directly to the SEC.
