How do I restart my device if it is “frozen” or not responding?

If your Samsung Galaxy device is not responding then follow the instructions below:

 

● Step 1: Hold down the volume down key and the power button together for 7 seconds.

 

Step 2: Your device should restart and then display the Samsung Logo.

 

How to force restart your device  

 

Also check to make sure if the battery is fully charged.
