    Via the tv web browser Eurosport player home screen can be accessed; however to view live tv microsoft silverlight software needs to be installed. Permission (from Samsung?) is needed

    Hi, Your web browser is basic and so software such as Adobe Flash Player and Microsoft Silverlight are not supported.

    Hi my UE40ES6800 says it needs a firmware upgrade for LoveFilms to work, but when I go to the menu and select update via internet it says none available. Is there a firmware that I can download to a USB memory stick?

    40" ES6800 Series 6 SMART Hi, I updated my Samsung TV to firmware 1042 late last year. Since then it doesnt remember which input it was on whenever turned off and a few other issues. Since then, the available firmware on your website is 1036 (better firmware...) - I dont know if its possible to downgrade the firmware? Or when will you bring out the new firmware so that I can update it and fix these problems?? Thanks.

    Hi, you will need to use a HDMI cable to connect your PC and TV together. If the picture does not display you may need to change the resolution of the screen. Hope this helps.
