    We recently purchased a smart tv however despite using a HDMI cable we have no sound on th HD channels. Previous tv worked fine when watching HD channels on SKY.

    Hi. Just got my ue46f5300 and trying to set it up to control my other devices. I have the following: Tvonics set top box connected via hdmi 1 Home cinema sound system connected to set top box (not tv) via optical Mac mini connected via hdmi 2 In going through process of setting up external devices I wondered if my home theatre system would be better connected directly to tv but still use the external set top box. Would that work? Or would I be better leaving home theatre connected to the set top box. I'm asking as I think if the sound was controlled by the tv remote but was linked to the set top box it would mean I could ditch the home theatre remote. Ultimately I would like to have the three devices controlled by the tv remote but can't get it to control the set top box (that's another issue) I hope my question makes sense and someone can advise!!!

    I am unable to EDIT PROFILE after LOG IN to Samsung account. I get a message stating: Unable to connect to server. Please try again later. The TV is connected to the internet.

    Hi, The best way to connect this Soundbar to your TV would be through the HDMI ARC connections with a HDMI cable, which is not included.     The better quality screen and Hz resolution seem to be higher with the smart televisions..I dont need the smart side so is it possible to disable that side of it.

    Hi, I’m afraid there is no ‘On/Off’ button as such on the TV. The only way you may be able to disconnect from the Wi-Fi is by changing the password on your router which would disconnect the Wi-Fi connection to your TV until the new password was entered. Thanks
