    What is the Ethernet (LAN) speed. Will the Ethernet receive packets at 1gb? 10mb ?

    Hi, The ethernet speed is the speed that your internet is reaching the TV. It is recommended that your TV receives no less than 4 mpbs for all of your apps to be working correctly. Thanks.

    a) When I connect the TV to the Internet, it is quite time consuming to type-in web address, etc., by using the remote controls provided. b)Sometimes I would like to show the information on my PC's screen to my wife. However, she prefers to see on TV because of her eyesight. My TV and the PC are wirelessly connected to a hub.

    Hi Sonny, Yes the wireless keyboard VG-KBD2000 is compatible with this TV. Unfortunately it is not possible to control with TV with your PC. Thanks.

    Intermittent loss of sound, have changed sky box, tried all leads, not sure what else to try. We have a samsung wireless soundbar connected too.

    Hi Sarah, Which wireless soundbar do you have? You could try doing a sound test on the TV, 1: Press the menu button on the remote 2: Press support 3: Press self diagnosis 4: Press sound test Then please follow on-screen instructions. If the sound is dropped during this, then you will need get your TV repaired. Hope this helps.

    After upgrading firmware to version 1118, the "Standby Auto Tuning" feature is always active, even if it is switched to "Off". This bug is quite annoying because the TV reloads the lots of unwanted channels during the nighttime.
