• You acknowledge that any damage to your product will deem it out of warranty and any repair will be chargeable.
• If your product is outside it’s warranty period a repair will be chargeable.

Our Authorised Service Partner will not proceed with any repair until they have agreed a price with you and you authorise them to proceed.

In warranty repair:

You understand that if your product is deemed in warranty that you will be required to provide a proof of purchase.

Engineer call out fee:

You understand that in certain circumstances our Authorised Service Partner may charge a reasonable call out fee if they have to attend your premises to inspect your product first.

This fee is usually not payable for in warranty repairs, for out of warranty repairs a call out fee may be chargeable (even if you decide not to proceed with getting the product repaired).

Proof of purchase:

If your device is still covered by warranty, you will be required to show or provide a copy of your original proof of purchase.

• For mobile and vacuum products please enclose a copy (not original) with your device when its being collected by our logistics partner.
• For TV/AV and Home Appliance repairs please show your original proof of purchase when the engineer arrives. In some circumstances our Authorised Service Partner may request a copy in advance of a visit.

Age Verification:

We are only able to provide repairs to customers aged 18 years or older.

If you are under the age of 18, please ask your parent or guardian to enter into any applicable agreement covering the repair with us.
