Change the settings for the BESPOKE FlexZone compartment

FlexZone compartment on BESPOKE fridge

Sometimes it may seem impossible to store everything together in one fridge. For instance, a cold temperature might be great for your drinks but will make fruits and veggies go soft. With the FlexZone compartment on your BESPOKE 4-Door Flex fridge, you can get past these limitations and store everything! It lets you change the compartment’s temperature setting to meet your food storage needs, whether it’s veggies, meat, or frozen foods.

Warning: Do not store glass bottles in the FlexZone compartment when using Freeze or Soft Freeze mode. They may break and cause physical injury.

Change the FlexZone's mode

You can change the FlexZone compartment's settings at any time to fit your food storage needs. For example, let’s say you’re having a family gathering soon and want your guests to have a wide selection of beverages to enjoy. Switch the FlexZone to Beverage mode, so you can keep all of those drinks cool. Then, you can change it back to its original settings once the party is over.

  1. Open the FlexZone compartment on the lower right, and locate the control panel on the right side.

  2. Tap any button to wake up the display.

  3. Tap < or > until FlexZone displays, and then tap the O button to select it.

  4. Tap < or > to select your desired temperature setting (such as Freeze), and then tap the O button to confirm.

You can choose between the following options:

    • Freeze: The temperature sets to the same temperature as the freezer, which is between -8 and 5°F (-23 and -15°C). Use this setting for any food you’d like to put in a deep freeze, such as meat or poultry you won’t be using for a while. Do not store anything with a glass container while using this mode because it may shatter.

    • Soft Freeze: The temperature sets to 23°F (-5°C). Use this setting for food that you’d like to stay cold or keep fresh but not overly freeze. Do not store anything with a glass container while using this mode because it may shatter.

    • Meat/Fish: The temperature sets to 30°F (-1°C). Use this setting to prevent meat, poultry, and fish from spoiling quickly.

    • Fruit/Veggies: The temperature sets to 36°F (2°C). Use this setting to keep your produce fresh for longer. You should not store meat or non-produce food items while using this setting because it may spoil.

    • Beverage: The temperature sets to 39°F (4°C). Use this setting to make your beverages - such as water or soft drinks - crisp, cool, and refreshing. You should not store meat or food items while using this setting because it may spoil.

  5. For even more storage customizations, you can also adjust the temperature of the Flex Crisper which is located inside the FlexZone compartment.

Note: Changing the FlexZone's setting only affects the temperature in that one compartment. The rest of the fridge's compartments will remain the same.
