We do our best to accommodate shipment to anywhere in the U.S. and understand that not all of our customers have traditional/conventional street addresses. To provide the most extensive and protective coverage, our carriers do not ship to Postal Box addresses. However, to best serve and protect you, all Samsung.com orders are delivered to you directly via carrier services.

Unfortunately, once your Samsung.com order ships it must go to the address provided at the time you placed your order. If you cannot receive or pick up your order after three attempts by the courier, it will come back to our warehouse and we will process a full refund to your credit card.

Samsung Direct will accept, for return or exchange, defective or unopened merchandise purchased at Samsung.com/US, subject to the exceptions and timeframe for returns listed below: All merchandise returned to Samsung Direct must be in the original packaging with all original items (such as manuals, remotes, cables, etc.) accompanying the merchandise and a copy of the invoice/packing slip included to be eligible for return or exchange. Timeframe and Shipping Instructions for Returns/Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To return or exchange defective or unopened merchandise, customers must (a) obtain an RMA number within 15 calendar days of the date the order was delivered to the delivery address specified on the order and (b) ship the merchandise to Samsung Direct within 15 calendar days of the date the RMA number was issued by Samsung Direct (the “Return Period”).

The return address will vary based on product, be sure to receive an RMA prior to sending to ensure it goes to the right location.
