Information about your repair

Our Authorised Service Partner will attempt to repair your product, whether the fault is something covered by our warranty (an "in warranty repair") or something not covered by our warranty (an "out of warranty repair").

Out of warranty repair:

You understand that any damage to your product will deem your device out of warranty and any repair will be chargeable.
If your product is outside of it’s warranty period a repair will be chargeable.
Our Authorised Service Partner will not proceed with any repair until they have agreed a price with you and you authorise them to proceed.

Please be aware that if there is damage to your product, this may mean that under the terms of the Samsung manufacturer's warranty, you are no longer entitled to a free repair, and any repair costs will be chargeable. In addition, there may be an inspection fee, payable directly to the Authorised Service Partner, required for inspection of the device. If your product is deemed to be out of warranty, our Authorised Service Partner will not proceed with any repair until they have shared the cost estimate with you and you authorise them to proceed.

The cost estimate is usually provided by email and then a follow up phone call, and you will have 7 days to respond. Just to let you know that if you do not respond to the cost estimate within 7 days of receipt, the Authorised Service Partner will not be able to complete the repair and your device will be returned back to you unrepaired.

In warranty repair:

You understand that if your product is deemed in warranty that you will be required to provide a proof of purchase.

Proof of purchase:

If your device is still covered by warranty, you will be required to show or provide a copy of your original proof of purchase.
For mobile and vacuum products please enclose a copy (not original) with your device when its being collected by our logistics partner.
For TV/AV and Home Appliance repairs please show your original proof of purchase when the engineer arrives. In some circumstances our Authorised Service Partner may request a copy in advance of a visit.

We are only able to provide repairs to customers aged 18 years or older.
If you are under the age of 18, please ask your parent or guardian to enter into any applicable agreement covering the repair with us.
